This is about the best low priced motel in the Central Arkansas area. I'm very happy to stay here. A good, clean motel where everything works and no pests such as roaches or anything like this.

Don’t waste you time or money that’s a true fact
Rooms were at its most uncleanliness. And the rooms smell, have not enough tissue and towels, the office people at front desk are rude as hell and you can’t do a late check out if needed. They have a refrigerator full of brown roaches crawling around. Just nasty they even have bed bugs.These people don’t deserve any money would rather and advise you to go to Econo Lodge their the best

The whole motel needs to be updated. The pool was closed. There was mold in the rooms. The whole place looked like it hasn't been updated since 1980's. Needs lots of work!!!!
