Great stay
We were here for the Randy Travis Tour. This was our first time staying at Doubletree. We had a river view room on the 12th floor. This was the quietest room we have ever stayed at. You get a warm cookie and a bottle of water upon check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stella checked us out and she was an A+

Me and my could not take a shower or brush are teeth, because the water was brown, im trying to add the picture of the dirty water , but it wont let me add it, i showed the lady and ask for a refund or something , and i got nothing, i paid to much for this room, for it not to have clean running water

NYE Trip.

DoubleTree management should be ashamed of this property. The lack of heat in the lobby (on a chilly Monday 12/2/24) should have been warning. While the bed was comfy, the carpeting, walls, tile, furniture are well beyond need of replacing. Won’t stay here again!!!

Trip to Little Rock
We were there to attend a concert at Robinson Center. We parked our vehicle, Checked in got on the Trolley found a restaurant returned to the hotel and went to the concert. Everything was great including breakfast the next morning. The staff was great. Loved the trip.
