The staff here is amazing, food is pretty good and breakfast is really good! It's just getting really dated and in desperate need of remodel. Stains in carpet, paint off door facings, furniture literally falling apart, bed wobbled every time I moved. Could be awesome but room just does not feel very clean. I would not even walk barefoot because carpet looked so dirty.

Middle elevator is a little sketchy...
The carpet needs to be cleaned in 501, but that middle elevator needs some attention. I heard about 2 to 3 knocks as soon as it started moving. I like my elevator rides knock free, so I only used the first one. That first one will get you there in .5 seconds ok! AND it's knock free!!! Other than that, the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and patient. It was a lot of teenagers, so I applaud their patience seriously. Oh, and the night staff was great as well. It was pleasant to talk with them after a 16-hour drive.

Don't do it!! There's a bad work ethic here.
Everyone looks forward to cocktail hour at Embassy Suites. Not here !! Don't get your hopes up. Most disorganized, social hour ever. Two people are expected serve drinks AND take food orders AND deliver the food while the line stands and waits for 15 - 20 minutes. Manager was of NO help and very snarky.. Breakfast, on the other hand, was great.

My friend and I booked a room for the night to attend a concert. We live 3 1/2 hours away. When we arrived, staff said they could see our booking with Expedia but exclaimed that Expedia had not yet sent confirmation for the booking; therefore, they were not able to check us in. This room had been booked well over a month in advance. The staff told me that this was an Expedia problem and stated that I had to call Expedia customer service line in order to resolve the issue and get access to our already booked room. I explained to the staff that my friend and I were in town for a concert that was starting in 30 minutes and explained we did not have the time to sit on hold with Expedia. I asked for their assistance with resolving the issue but they stated it was not their problem. My friend and I were not able to get through to Expedia customer service and ended up having to book a room at another hotel, despite this booking already being paid for. We were nearly 2 hours late to our concert.
