Great House, Outstanding Host
This house was well suited for us (a group of 6 friends who gather annually for a long weekend of gaming). The neighborhood is quiet, and conveniently located near a very nice Kroger's. Our host, Nikita, provided all of the comforts and amenities one would expect, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. And the house was very clean on our arrival. But her attentiveness to our needs and her responsive communication was far above and beyond what I would usually expect of a host.
Prior to our trip I reached out to see if there was a grill at the property. At that time, there was not, but by the time our reservation came around there was a great charcoal grill for us to use. That was a great touch, which was much appreciated by my buddies. But it was how she addressed a problem which vaulted Nikita to the very top of my list of hosts.
Our group intended to use the internet for our games, but we found it nonfunctioning when we checked in. I am sure Nikita spent hours on the phone with Comcast/Xfinity (a task some would say meets the legal definition of torture). She managed to get service technicians out to the property twice during our time at the house. The connection was finally fixed, and it should be ready for your stay, thanks to her efforts.
I hope you find this property to be as well suited for you as it was for us. But in the event anything unexpectedly goes wrong, you will be in very good hands. I cannot recommend Nikita and her house highly enough.
