There’s a park across the street, and there was a man, obviously on drugs, outside right by the door when we arrived. He was cussing and yelling loudly at himself! Then at 11 or 12, an ambulance and police car were outside by the park and by our window and someone else was yelling and moaning and screaming and left in an ambulance. The girl working at night was not very friendly. She seemed annoyed that I told her about the man outside. She went out and looked and came back inside. I don’t think she said anything but she might have. The parking garage is not very convenient to the lobby. Breakfast was really good, and the lady in the kitchen was so sweet!

We had had to stand out in the door entry for over an hour due to our key entry being turned off. The front desk had left. It was about eight of us who couldn't get in. It was cold. We thought about parking garage thats how we got in. I would advise not staying.

This was a nice, quiet hotel in the center of downtown. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast. It is in a good location with the river just a short walk away. We also tried the restaurant next door called Dizzy's and it was fantastic. I highly recommend their cheese dip! The parking was a little confusing as it in around the block in the back of the hotel, but there was a pathway that lead straight to the hotel. We just had to find street parking to check in before we could go into the parking garage. Overall, this was a nice hotel in a good location.

Got charged an additional night even though we checked out. Called a the front desk didn’t help at all, was told to dispute it with our bank. Highly recommend sleeping on the streets before staying here, they’ll just steal your money.

Guest service act like they don’t want to be at work the lady that leaves at or 12 she never smiles and she. She talk she dry about it. The man over night works in slippers and stays in his car half the time. Bed was dirty they never came to clean the room after I checked in. The next day I came down to see if they was going to clean the room since they place me in a dirty room and they said house keeping was busy but they will call and see. I went to one of the house keepers and she didn’t speak that much English but she just handed me all the stuff to clean it

I had dirty sheets and ask for them to change them and they never came to change them. The next morning I ask for sheets and they said they didn’t have any that’s I had to wait till later on. 10 hours later no one came in to room still dirty and I had to clean it myself.

Room was comfortable and clean, there wasnt any bedding in the room for the sofa bed, but was easily retrieved at the front desk. We were unable to find a place to park for check in, parking on the street is very limited, my husband dropped me off and drove around the block a couple of times until we were checked in and had key cards that gave us access to the parking garage on the back side of the hotel. Overall it was a great stay!

The room smelled really bad, had dirty carpet with what appeared to be blood spots (I work in medical, so I'm familiar), appeared to be blood stains in the bathtub, not a single good interaction with the staff. They were all RUDE! Another patron found bedbugs. We learned of this while attempting to check out but nobody ever came to help us. Overheard the front desk person answered thephone with "what do you want" while we were eating breakfast. Would not have stayed in the first place if I had been able to cancel the reservation. Expedia should remove this property from listings. Expedia has never steered me wrong before now. I'm going to stop using expedia if we cant get a refund when we ealk in amd discover a horrible property.
