Nice property
This property seemed to be fairly new. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. It is close to River Market which was nice. We asked for a late checkout and starting at 8:30am we had three different housekeeping staff enter our room, even after I called the front desk the first time. The woman working the breakfast area was rude, condescending and made it obvious she wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. The manager on duty didn’t seem too concerned about housekeeping barging in on us repeatedly or about being talked down to by kitchen staff. The property itself is nice, new, clean and I felt somewhat safe as there is police presence in the area.

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean, nice lighting! Checking in and out were a breeze, all staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the employee that worked the breakfast bar on 4/15, sorry I didn't get her name. Would highly recommend!

Bad:Limited parking in an area without street parking and construction. Construction going on out side at night on the street. Pool out of service, this was not indicated at booking and was the only condition I had when looking for a hotel in the Little Rock Area. Broken and wobbly tiles in the bathroom. Good: very clean
