The facility is tired and badly in need of an update. The room smelled odd, the television would not turn on, and the drain stopper in the tub would not stay open. In fairness I got in late and was too tired to notify the hotel of the issues so I can't say they were unresponsive, but I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was tired and dirty.

I just got this room to sleep in after a concert but it was not a great experience... The air condioning didn't work so it was hot, the controller on the wall was full of mold, the shower head looked like it was about to fall off, the cleaners obviously didn't clean the room as there was trash in the floor and the dresser. Oh AND fyi they put a $100 hold on your card on top of what the room cost and they didn't tell me when i checked in. When I called about the hold on my account and let the above issues known (I didnt do it while i was there because it was late and didn't feel like messing with it) I was told I'd get a refund but have not.

Staff seems to hate children.
Upon arrival.. remote batteries were dead and didn’t work at all.. and the staff at the front desk were behind rude especially towards my kids. They treated us as if they didn’t want kids staying in their hotel unless we had a high status. We were there less than 30 minutes and the kids (15 and 13) wanted to just check out the hotel like that do and have all of the 30+ hotel we have stayed in, but the staff was very rude and even called the room and demanded I get them to return to the room asap. They were not loud, causing any damage or concern, nor were they attempting to enter rooms that weren’t our room.

Being close to Airport (Little Rock), was a must our flight left at 5:00 am. The hotel is a conference center well laid out but showing it's age. loved on site Restaurant ( Bostons) that made it handy and safe fir Not having to drive into city. We left at 4:00 am to find someone parked and then there were 2 outside but no desk clerk inside, so I couldn't report the toilet i worked on every time we used it, and the AC unit blasted the room back to cool every 30 minutes all night.....so you don't fix aging but remodel......overall fine !
