Overall, a good stay. There are two Holiday Inns together. This one is at the top of the hill. Pet fee is $75.00. Hotels.com should post this.

Check in gal was excellent, a great multi-tasker, efficient and professional. Bar tender was pleasant, accommodating and friendly. I would give it any excellent, but the property is a little dated, but over-all a great value, clean and friendly.

The TV in my room did not work until someone came to fix it. The air conditioning did not work until someone came to fix it. The door would not open from one Side. I locked the other side and the maintenance man had to come and open the door for me. Even though they say that there’s a shuttle starting at 4:30 in the morning there was none and it wasn’t until a pilot needed a ride at the same time as I did, 6 AM a driver to take us to the airport. When I tried to call the front desk several times both in the evening and in the morning no one answered. It was a very frustrating experience.

I called ahead of time to let front desk know we were arriving late. And asked if our two rooms were located near each other. He said same floor.. but I will move you right next to each other! He was pleasant! Servers at breakfast were very friendly!

Very good Hotel sketchy area! Do not go to the gas station to fuel after10:00 pm and beware of the Waffle House due to the motel 6 adjacent! Dine at the restaurant inside the Hotel and you're all good!
