Very nice for the price.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room my daughter, myself, and 3 grandchildren shared had 2 very comfortable queen beds with 4 pillows per bed and a sofa bed. Don't know about the comfort of the sofa bed for sleeping, we only used it for sitting. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it. Pool area was nice and well kept. We were very impressed with the options of the continental breakfast. Overall I don't think we could have found a nicer place for the under 80 dollars per night we paid. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was fine for the price, but nothing fancy. The toilet tottered when you sat on it. The side door that was locked 24 hours a day for safety...was broken (aka didn'tlock at all). Staff was nice. The hotel was a good place to sleep but if you want a nice hotel stay, I'd look in a higher price bracket.

THe staff was very friendly, but the property is in great disrepair. Damage everywhere, stained walls and ceilings, bedding was stained. There was a very musty smell, and our carpet felt very damp. We had two rooms, and both were this way, even on different floors.

Clean and quiet and reasonably priced. Perfect for a quick sleep. Right off the highway. Our two teens appreciated the fold out sofa bed so they didn't have to share a bed! Good hot breakfast. Staff was very nice. Overall a super value.

The bathtub was disgusting. When the maintenance guy repaired a hole he must’ve spilled glue. It was sticky. Then the toilet overflowed so we had to use the public one downstairs. My husband couldn’t get the water hot enough to shave. They let him shower and shave in another room but said not to use the toilet because it had also overflowed. The water pressure was poor. We left a letter for the manager asking for a refund - no response, not even an apology. Worst hotel stay ever. Please give us a refund or at the very least a free stay at another hotel in Arkansas when we head home in 2 weeks
