It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. The room smelled fresh and was very clean. And spacious!!! Walking distance from Walmart and restaurants.

The decor was very modern and interesting. The breakfast could have had more. There was nothing hot and no bread for toast with jelly would have been nice. They may have had it earlier; we ate around 9:00.

The AC didn’t work and there was bugs all over our room. The hotel manager declined refunding any of our stay. We had 2 rooms booked and ended up leaving early due to the bugs. Very bad customer service. They did not care one bit about the bugs being in our room or the AC not working.

The property itself is beautiful! The foliage and quiet stream near the hotel was perfect for my morning run. The staff was professional, not necessarily friendly. The biggest issue was our room had a musty muggy smell to it..along with…ANTS! 😭 it wasn’t just bad but it was nothing you want to see in your hotel room. They could not switch our room because they were booked. Fortunately for my my family and I we travel frequently so we keep cleaning supplies(including bug spray) in a travel stock. We were able to get comfortable during our stay because of this. The breakfast was very basic, boiled eggs(cold) bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and juice. We also could not watch movies our YouTube premium account. This happened at the NLR location as well. Don’t know what was up with that. There are plenty of places to eat that are very close to the property.It wasn’t just terrible terrible, but probably won’t be back.

The hotel was nice besides how thin the walls were we could hear everything and besides that there should be more amenities in the hotel room itself such as our bathroom ventilation fan but other than that, I enjoyed this day at the spark hotel.

It was simple but very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast left a bit to the imagination-but there were boiled eggs, cereal, packets of oatmeal, muffins and bagels-so a decent continental. The value was commensurate with the price. I’m going back this weekend 9/6/25
