Waterfront Beach Houses with Dock & Heated Pool!

Welcome to Paradise!
Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront homes with 200 foot dock for your boat. Two exclusive heated pools to relax and enjoy the surrounding ocean view - just breath taking! The private lot is almost an acre with two homes and still very spacious. Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise, sunset, steps from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish off the dock and enjoy the underwater scenery!

The Space:
Barry Beach main house has an airy floor plan from living room to kitchen. Sofas, lounge chair, TV, separate entrance to pool and patio. Dining area with high back chairs. Two master bedrooms have king size beds, bath in suites, and TV's. Cozy and spacious queen bedroom with TV near the third bath. Forth bedroom has two single twin beds and board games for entertainment! Tile throughout. Awesome fishing quarters for family and friends. Pet friendly!

The Guesthouse has an open living and dining room concept with queen sofa bed and recliner massage chair in each space. The upstairs space has two bedrooms and one bath, the ground level space same layout. Kings and trundle beds (one king, two full and one roll out single bed) in each space.

Two outdoor heated pools, cable, wifi, central air, 4 free parking spaces for main house and 6 free parking for Guesthouse, private entrances, full kitchens, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, cooking basics, regular coffee makers, coffee, tea, microwaves, toaster ovens, blenders, washers, dryers, bathtubs, showers, hot water, toiletries, first aid kits, hangers, irons, TV's, board games, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, bath and beach towels, hair dryers, laptop friendly workspace, beach chairs, patio table and chairs, BBQ grills, outdoor bait freezer.

Dock and Ramp:
Available to guests with one boat per home up to 50 foot included in your stay. The dock has water hose, catch cleaning station, and power outlet. Low tide is around six feet at dock's end and one foot near the shoreline. Nearest boat ramp is minutes away at 751 State Road 4A, Little Torch Key. Launch your boat then dock it or explore the area for some fun in the sun!

Location:
Barry Beach & Guesthouse is located mile marker 28.5 on the Gulf side. Only a 10 - 15 minute boat ride to open waters towards Gulf or Atlantic. No RV hookups, no RV/camper/tent/outdoor accommodations provided (we are not campground zoned).

Activities:
Enjoy the stunning views of our nearby sandy beaches! Bahia Honda State Park and Beach around 10 minute car ride. Sombrero Beach in Marathon is a 25 minutes drive with iconic beach views! Fort Zachary Taylor Beach in Key West is the western most beach and worth the 45 minutes drive.

Rent fishing rods and kayaks at Jig's Bait and Tackle in Big Pine Key. Rent boat, snorkel and fishing gear, paddle boards, charters, and specialty cruises at Captain Hooks in Big Pine Key.

Walking distance to Kiki's Sandbar Restaurant. Minutes from Little Palm Island and ferry. Only 15 minute boat ride to the famous Looe Key reef for diving/snorkeling. Picnic Island is great for swimming and relaxing on the beach, a 10 minute boat ride. Big Pine Key is 5 to 10 minutes by car, the habitat of beautiful key deer and has an amazing park with panoramic water view! The Blue Hole trails in Big Pine are great for biking, hiking, and walking. Also has a lake with sea life! Snipe Key has swing on tree and spectacular beach about 45 minute boat ride.

Square Grouper Restaurant in Cudjoe Key is best for everything (main floor) and My New Joint (second floor) is great for raw bar. Santiago's Bodega is one of the best in Key West. Walk Duval Street Key West for restaurants, shops, and touring. The Guidebook for things to do, places to see, where to eat, and where to shop is provided in the homes during your stay.

Watch the sunrise and sunset from the dock or go to the famous Key West Mallory Square to catch the westernmost sunset of the Florida Keys! Sight-see on the Key West Conch Tour train for a some Key West history. Tour Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum in Key West to see his six toed cats. Or visit treasure hunter Mel Fisher Maritime Museum, also in Key West. Only 28 miles to Key West!

The house and property are very nice, is advertised, it is the perfect setting for families who want privacy but yet only a couple miles away from restaurants, shopping, etc. The dock is great and having Kikis next door was a plus.

Owners and maintenace staff were all friendly and helpful. Noticeable small upkeep projects such as light bulbs, chalking around tubs, clean up under house and in wooded area around house due to ocean debris in the main house could be better maintained. Nice Property but not as Listed
Property is nice but listing is confusing the listing says it sleeps 20 but that is if you rent both homes. Had several issues that had to resolve myself. Make sure you ask plenty of questions. Main property sleeps 6 adults and 4th room has twin beds.

Great space and view
The space for the amount of people was great. Views and amenities were nice. Place could have been cleaner, needs a deep clean but not terrible. The ants on the pool deck were really bad so unless you were in pool or on chair you couldn’t sit on side of pool with feet in. The restaurant/bar next door is literally next door and the music is on until 9 pm so if you want quiet or sleep before that it’s not going to happen. Property manager showed up on day 2 without notice which was strange but he was very nice and left quickly. Plenty of towels and seating, all in all good for a large groups.

Perfect for a multiple family vacation with kids :)
Thank you so much for welcoming us for our friends and family vacation. The houses and location were exactly what we were looking for. The property manager Walt was amazing - responsive and helpful. The cleanliness, especially in the guest house, could use some work. The alarm on the sliding doors and the very secure fence around the pool gave us parents such a peace of mind with all of our kids running around. The kitchen could use some plastic dishes for kids and eating lunch by the pool. We will definitely be back next year! The staff at Kiki’s was so welcoming and the kids had a blast dancing to the band. Thank you.

Great property and location for Lower Keys activities. Access to both homes is nice with a large group. View, dock, parking, outside bait freezer and pools are great! The only suggestion would be to add an ice maker to keep up with larger crowds. Property manager and owners are very responsive. Definitely recommend this property!

Barry Beach and guesthouse had plenty of room for our family. Did not bring kiddos but had the space to do so. Plenty of room for family. Loved big open layout for kitchen and living room. Comfy couches. We spent our time lounging by pool. Would book again. We wanted to stay longer but weather happened and hosts were accommodating.

We had 12 adults and 2 children in our group. Family from California, Texas, Michigan and North and South Carolina. This was a memorial trip celebrating the life of my brother who passed in 2019. This property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, we all had our own bedrooms. The houses were fully equipped beautiful and super clean. The views, pool, gathering spaces inside and out were tremendous. The owners were outstanding and very accommodating to our large group. We had a boat a few days too utilizing the dock, and fished off it too. Looking forward to renting here again also the location was perfect many of us went to Key West and Marathon to swim with the dolphins

Excellent stay!
This was a stay for my friends and family. We had 11 of us. We all fit comfortably. We stayed in the main house and secondary house as well. The main house has 4 bedrooms. The second house has essentially 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen in each. The only complaint was that the double bed bunk beds were a bit difficult for full grown adults to sleep on. But then again, if we had needed the extra sleeping space, it would have been quite convenient. The main kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, spices, even a croc pot (we were there for superbowl Sunday and made good use of it)! The view is beautiful from the dock as well as from the living room. The pool was well maintained and a comfortable temperature. As for location, you couldn't do much better. 30 min to Key West or Marathon. 5 minutes to the grocery store. There is a restaurant right next store that you can just walk over to (there is some noise associated with this from music playing but we found it enjoyable). We had no complaints and would recommend to anyone to book here.

Great Vacation
We had a total of 18 people staying at the property. The property has everything you could want for a get-together. We came to celebrate a birthday and Thanksgiving. There are so many amazing sea animals to see right off the dock and snorkeling. The Sunrise from the dock was beyond amazing. With almost 20 people in the house it never felt small. There was more than enough room for everyone. The restaurant next door was delicious and will cook fish that you bring in. This was a great place to stay and we would look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Setting for an Intimate Wedding
Our experience was amazing. The location was perfect for an intimate wedding with different families staying together. My parents are divorced and I have a sibling on each side, they were able to have their own separate apartments with the use of the guest house. While my husbands mother stayed with us in the main house. The kitchen and dining area in the main house was big enough to accommodate two chefs cooking, with 20 guests for the wedding reception itself. The outside area by the water was perfect for the ceremony. My family enjoyed going out on the dock each morning and swimming whenever they wanted in either pool, or off the main dock. Kikis right next door was perfect for anyone that wanted a drink or a meal without having to cook it. It was truly perfect and we all hope to get to stay there again together someday.
