Very Good Experience
While the street is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is very well maintained. The room seemed to be recently updated and it was spacious, clean, safe, and very comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. And special shout out to the gentleman who handles housekeeping! He did a terrific job! Will return of I'm in the area again.

Upon check in I to go back to the desk twice to get a key that worked. After getting in the room I found the tv has not working. The desk clerk came and reset the tv, and that didn’t fix the issue. We had to change rooms. At least the new room was very close.

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Bed was so-so, shower had little water pressure, and the tile area outside the 1st floor rooms is dirty. No ice in the ice machine (we tried it at different times on 2 different days). The check in was efficient, but not overly friendly. The maid service was spectacular. So half good, half not so great.

The staff do not greet people We were there to check in and the front desk at check in did not even say Hi or raised her head until I said I need to check in On the next day- met a staff in the reception area again no eye contact But the breakfast staff was nice and friendly
