I have stayed here numerous times to go to Bongos Bingo as it is only a short distance walk to cains brewary. The hotel is clean but the rooms could do with an update but can’t complain when we get a good price . The reception area, bar and restaurant are lovely and the food is great. Parking being free is also a real bonus

Waited 30 minutes to get checked in even though i had all correspondence to say i had paid .Plus not what i expected for the price £151 plus when asked for late checkout that is no longer available REALLY??? I paid for premium not basic WHAT is the difference??? Need updating IT equipment VERY disappointed

Not free parking as stated on here, room was tatty and worn down. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Close to the city centre and Baltic triangle but I wouldn’t stay again

Awful time
On arrival whilst we were checking in I attempted to buy myself and my partner a pint the barmaid was hostile regarding not taking cash payments I therefore changed my mind , At 1139 am this morning a housekeeper entered our room unannounced my partner was naked having just got out of shower I reported this on checkout the reception man didn’t seem fazed Awful trip I will be complaining officially to the hotel head office

This is a nice property within walking distance to the Albert Dock area. Meals were ok, nothing special.

Very very noisy due to constant traffic passing, I was on the ground floor; this resulted in very little sleep.Single glazed windows did not help either. Both hand and shower gel dispensers were empty. Would not stay again.

Perfect for what we needed!
Campanile is what it is, basic but clean and comfortable. We wanted an overnight stay to go to the m and s arena for a gig and this was perfect. Great location for arena and also for going into the city. All staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming - Pat on the back! Secure parking at reasonable price for a city. Cheap and cheerful and would definitely go again.

I booked the Campanile for one night on both ends of a steam ferry packet to the IoM for the Manx GP races. I chose it as A) it was only a mile or so from the docks (and other attractions) and B) they have on-site parking, which was essential for me as I was traveling by vintage motorcycle. The staff was friendly, professional and personable. The food and bar were adequate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The proce was a good value. I would stay there again in the fututre.
