A great, though LOUD location. Didnt bother us as we were partaking in the nightlife, but if you’re on a business trip or looking for something quiet: this is not the place for you. Lots of space and the place is in decent shape. My only complaint comes in an extra charge for additional toilet paper. Two rolls for 5 days? Had to purchase our own instead of paying their added fee.

Apartment is lovely and in a great location but is very noisy at night with loud music/ bands playing till around 1am then from around 4.30am people delivering and taking beer barrels up and down the ally for hours.

Stayed again at these beautiful apartments just off Mathew Street main strip. Perfect location for live music. 10 min walk from Lime Street, 10 min walk to Albert Dock.

The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and presentable. The location is perfect as a base for exploring. There were clear instructions sent prior to arrival and a booklet in the apartment with further information. Check in/ out was easy. The only downside is how noisy it is outside. This didn’t bother us as we were out late and wanted to be near the Cavern Quarter, but is something to consider if you are noise sensitive. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay again if back in Liverpool!

Didn’t know to expect as we booked it online. We were pleasantly surprised. It was much more spacious than anticipated from looking at the front of the building. Parking wasn’t onsite, but we found a parking structure a few minutes from property. Shower seemed to have a leak under the glass wall, but it didn’t really affect anything. Just put a towel in the area to soak up water. Proximity to Beatles attractions and other shopping was excellent. Really enjoyed this property and would definitely book again if in the area.

Great stay even if noisy
The apartment was clean, well maintained and well equipped including a washer/dryer. The communication of how to get in was clear and included a lift. The only issues I had were noise, however it is a city centre location situated amongst popular nightlife destinations, but would prefer sooner than 3am on a weekday, and also the blinds in the bedroom still let in too much light. However as a place to stay it was great, just next time I would take a sleep mask & ear plugs.

Lovely modern apartment
Clean, modern apartment in the heart of the Cavern quarter. Loads of space and feels very safe! Love the contact free entry. If you want a quiet apartment, this isn’t the place for you. It’s very well advertised that there is noise and given the location it’s to be expected. I enjoyed the noise so it wasn’t a negative for me at all Suggested car park is a few minutes leisurely walk and the car park is really secure. If you pre book with the code it’s only £9 for 2 days and you can go in and out as much as you like I would definitely return

Amazing stay at caver quarter apartments, reasonably priced, close to bars and restaurant's. If you are expecting a quiet and peaceful stay this might not be the place for you as you could hear the music from Mathew street. But it was perfect for me and my partner.

Like- good area, clean modern condition, ideal for people wanting to be in this area, money off parking only £9 per day. Dislikes- noise, I was ok in room at the back, in the front you could hear the noise from outside at night and in morning. Would use again.

Well Equipped apartment
Check in was earlier than expected, the apartment consisted of two bedrooms a living area with a small kitchen and modern bathroom. All the facilities were functional and to a good standard. The location was a short walk away from the Albert dock and many of the main attractions. One downside is that the area can be somewhat noisy at night so a request for a room away from the road might be advisable if you are a light sleeper. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Dave & Sal York’s

Nice apartment though the 2nd bedroom is just a partition wall with no door. Nice and clean. Disapointed there were no toiletries as advertised. Contacted them and was told there is a problem with supplies which is fair enough but they could have emailed us before we travelled or got a temporary supply.. We had no soap or bodywash so had to nip to tesco and buy full size ones which is a pain when your only there one night. Its the first time iv had to pay £150 breakage deposit and told you dont get it back for a week.
