Very noisy, but otherwise good apartment
Very noisy- loud muduc ftom nearby bars and clubs lasting most of the night, followed by crashing of glass bottles into bins, followed by the bin lorry collections!! Otherwise though, nice apartment, well set up kitchen (few dirty pots in the cupboards) very central location, easy process for check-in/key collection....didn't realise I'd need to take my own tea, coffee, milk and sugar etc. though.

apartment was lovely and very comfortable unfortunately very noisy area which meant we were kept up until 3/4am due to the bars across the road and blinds didn’t close properly so the street lamps shown right through the window

Everything was excellent, excellent customer service, all ran very smooth, one minor complaint the radiator in lounge didn't keep the room warm,in fact very cold especially as its winter, had to use duvet cover to keep warm,but overall 10/10

Brilliant location, great communication and the apartment was perfect
The apartment was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, plush carpet. Bed so comfortable. Apartment is in the exact place to be in where the entertainment is. Does get noisy in the evening from cavern club and Sargent peppers. Would I stay here again… 100% yes

Avoid if you like quiet
Loud music from the bars on the street all night and very late into the morning made it impossible to fall asleep, even with earplugs.
In the bathroom, the water system made a ridiculously loud machine noise every 10 seconds when using any kind of water (sink, shower, toilet). This was apparently normal.
Otherwise, the flat was clean and as described. Thankfully I only had one night, but not a very relaxing one.
Great location for city centre, very clean and spacious rooms. Parking very easy with good discount. Yeah it's a little noisy but you are vertually right in Matthew Street you expect that before you book so not good complaining aferwards like some reviews.

Xmas Liverpool trip
Bedroom blind broken so room lit up from outside all night, very noisy from early morning. Will request a different room if I visit again.
Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Yes, you can hear music from Matthew Street but it wasn't intrusive nor particularly late. Great spacious apartment. Could do with a few more homely touches but perfect for a base whilst in Liverpool

Don't stay here - unbearable level of noise.
The noise at night in this venue is at an intolerable level. I had silicone earplugs in and a sleep band playing an audio book and the music was so loud that it woke me up repeatedly until 2am - and that was on a Monday night! There is live music every night. There was no warning about this. They don't seem to have taken any measures to sound proof at all, the windows might as well have been open. We had to move after one night as I got no sleep at all.
Appartment was large and in good condition and was also situated perfectly in the heart of the action with everything in walking distance, would recommend
