Excellent stay.
Excellent 2 day stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast on both days was very good with a great selection of food. Waiting staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the female member of staff at the reception who booked us in and out appeared miserable and unhappy at her work! Perhaps she needs to work with the waiting staff for a while to learn more about customer service !! Overall an excellent hotel in a great location.

Very nice accommodation, excellent service, but let down by electric chargers being out of service (which could have been a problem) and jacuzzi being out of service all weekend. Price paid should be reflective of all things being at least fully functioning

Had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean ,had great facilities and lovely decor. Its within walking distance to all the attractions (bars ,pubs, museums, ferry, hop on/off buses etc) but also just out of the hustle and bustle . We will definitely return.

The service was ultra lardant. When we arrived our luggage was taken to our room by a delightfully friendly gentleman who continued to be super helpful throughout our stay . We had use of the lounge which provided everything that we needed

Fantastic hotel
Had a fantastic stay. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Room was great with a river view. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We used the pool and felt it was a little tired but clean non the less. It certainly didn't spoil our stay. Great location for shopping and eating out

Great just one small quibble.
The only quibble I would make would be queuing for 20 mins to check in. I would suggest that one of the managers might be made available at busy times to avoid guests having to stand and wait as their first experience of the hotel was less than ideal. This is not in anyway a criticism of the reception staff who were doing their best and very charming. Booking to use the pool rather takes away any spontaneous ideas of a swim something we had planned to do when booking. In all though a lovely hotel in a great location, beautifully clean, lovely rooms and friendly staff. We would definitely stay again.
