We traveled with family and kids. The hotel was a good option. The facility was clean and the service was great. It is located in the city centre and there are a lot of things near by that you can reach by walking. We had breakfast one day and the food was good. The pool was really fun for my kids and the hot tub very relaxing. One thing to note for families is that the pools is ok, but the code of conduct was a bit strict for kids. My kids understood the rules and still had fun.

Fabulous time
Great stay check in really swift room fab clean the room we vooked also gave us access to the club room. Which allowed you to have tea coffee soft drinks snacks anytime. Between 5-7 you could have a good selection of alcoholic drinks and hot snacks which was a nice surprise

Lovely lobby but rooms nothing special
First impressions when I walked in were good - huge lobby, smart and polite greeter at the door, friendly check-in (check-in was very quick). However, i had paid extra for a room upgrade to executive level and when i arrived at the room, struggled to see what that extra money actually paid for? Room was ok...but no different to a standard Holiday Inn room. Ive had bigger rooms in a Premier Inn to be honest. Bathroom had started to look a little dated/in need of uplift. The only difference i could see for my extra money, was that I got 2 free cans of coke and a kit-kat. However, i did get entrance to their "special lounge" in the lobby which had free drinks and some buffet food. But didnt really use that, as it was always very busy and noisy when i tried it - prefered the quiet & space of the standard lounge. Also, after a long trip, i wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but it was full of kids both times i tried. Shame, it looked nice. I probably wouldnt visit again, would try somewhere cheaper/more value for money. Lovely, friendly staff though!

Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . Would I stay here again, yes I would as the positives outweigh the negatives.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, one of the reasons I chosen to stay there is because the hotel had EV chargers To my disappointment these chargers were out of order and we only find out on our second day so this was pretty disastrous as my battery was super low and had to sacrifice the rest of our Saturday stay looking for a working charger near by and to make it even worse non of the chargers near by were working so we had to get emergency charging and ruined our Saturday got home nearly at midnight shattered In this day and age these chargers should be functioning at all times, very very disappointing. Thanks

Excellent stay.
Excellent 2 day stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast on both days was very good with a great selection of food. Waiting staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the female member of staff at the reception who booked us in and out appeared miserable and unhappy at her work! Perhaps she needs to work with the waiting staff for a while to learn more about customer service !! Overall an excellent hotel in a great location.

Very nice accommodation, excellent service, but let down by electric chargers being out of service (which could have been a problem) and jacuzzi being out of service all weekend. Price paid should be reflective of all things being at least fully functioning

Had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean ,had great facilities and lovely decor. Its within walking distance to all the attractions (bars ,pubs, museums, ferry, hop on/off buses etc) but also just out of the hustle and bustle . We will definitely return.
