It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a garden area to enjoy the fresh air.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have a double bed while the third has a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Tuebrook is known for its residential character, community atmosphere, and convenient amenities.The neighbourhood features a mix of housing options, including traditional terraced houses and residential developments. It offers a peaceful and family-friendly environment, making it a popular choice for those seeking a residential community with a sense of local charm.

Tuebrook provides easy access to amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, and schools, ensuring residents have essential services within close reach. The nearby Newsham Park offers green space for leisure and outdoor activities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Lime Street, is just a 30-minutes by bus. Three minutes walk from 15/18/12/13 bus from Wilde Street to Windsor Road.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
