The room itself was good - clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location as shops and nightlife is a walkable distance. Would definitely stay here again if price was reasonable. My only issue was that in the few days beforehand I was trying to arrange an early check-in but was unable to contact anyone. Tried messaging through Expedia and FB but no reply received. I also tried calling the telephone number but it kept saying to call back later.

I have stayed here several times but this time was terrible. Our aircon heating didnt work so the room was freezing. Having informed the staff they took an oil fill heater into our room. When we got in it wasnt even on and more to the point only 3 wheels / damaged. The shower water was warm not hot. The food was very average Very dissappointed as the standards are normally much higher

Check in was very easy, we were greeted on arrival which was unexpected but very nice, the hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and spacious enough for a nights stay. The town and docks are within 10-15 minute walk and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within this distance, overall very happy thank you.

The hotel was great! The room seemed a bit worn, but the beds and bathroom were clean. The hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks from the Cavern Quarter, and only a 30 min walk to Liverpool Cathedral. Breakfast had lots of options, and the employees were very nice!

Nice location. Good rooms would recommend
Hotels in a great location. Easy walking distance to popular attractions. Room was a decent size. Very clean and pretty quiet tbf considering just how lively the area is. Tesco express next door which is handy. Parking is right behind the building and did only cost £9 for 24hrs once you ask at checkout for a code which as we all know parking is usually so expensive so 9 quid is good.

We had a problem with a short in their power supply. We tried their hairdryer and it did not work. We plugged out power adapter / converter in and then our hairdryer and it instantly started smoking, luck we did not have a fire. It fried our $25 converter and hairdryer. We told the folks on check out and no offer to compensate. Other than that, we liked the property

A Beatles fan destination for sure as the music is playing in the lobby and murals ordain the walls. Lovely staff. Ideally located to everything Beatles. Near oodles of dining options. The room? Dinky! Prefab and super tiny step-up bathroom. We made it work.
