Pleasant enough stay…

Pleasant enough stay, comfortable, clean, quiet room. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Check in area could do with a bit more identity from the bar area as it was a bit casual and discombobulated. Great central location and close by discounted carpark.

Amazing location

Great Beatles themed rooms, small but everything we needed. Large wardrobe, kettle with tea and coffee. Food and bar in lobby if needed. Amazing location, quiet but 5 mins walk to cavern/shops/ docks

We enjoyed our two day stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and professional. The Dining area could have been more private as the guests entering and leaving the hotel was distracting and a bit noisy. On the first day their was an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom and it took well over an hour to dissipate. It did not return during our 2 night stay. We have stayed here before and did not experience anything negative a would recommend the hotel to my family, friends and colleagues.

Haven't stayed in ibis before for the price we paid it was alot for a small , cramped room but everything was there ,the bed was comfy and i slept well, the hot food at breakfast was scramble eggs and beans otherwise it was continental and very tasty.

Good location. Nice restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Room was small but usable. Friendly staff. Some issues with one of the lifts but not a big deal
