Was here for my friends wedding. Good value for money. Room was very small but fine for me being alone. Comfortable stay with a good location. Food was good and service was friendly

Lovely hotel we had a greatv view across the mersey and liver buildings breakfast was lovely and great choice very welcoming staff and so friendly. Location perfect for the waterfront plenty brs restaurants nearby well worth a visit

Lovely hotel. Great location. Everything is in easy reach. The hotel was spotless and the reception staff were great with any queries we had. The bed was amazing and super comfy. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Liverpool.

Check in was great no issues staff very friendly, room was decent no issues, but had a gripe with the breakfast. Food was slow coming out for cooked breakfast. Bacon over cooked, sausages very cheap and tasteless, no option of egg besides scrambled, hash browns over cooked, no mushrooms or black pudding? I stayed at mercure Manchester Piccadilly recently and the breakfast there was far better. Never had to wait for food to come out as it was always full. Need to do better with breakfast but the rest of hotel was great thanks
