Not having an elevator was inconvenient but not the real issue. Lock on cheater door to next room was broken, linen was questionable in terms of cleanliness, stating there is a Continental Breakfast is a scam.. no breakfast !

Disappointed because: No tv, water puddled underneath the ventilation unit, no breakfast. Finding the desk clerk was extremely difficult the one time he was found. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The location is great as it is near groceries stores and near the highways… The room is lovely however the smell of smoke from days past are imbedded into the rooms. Rooms are not tidied daily… Breakfast that is offered is slim pickings, the options were only honey buns, corn muffins and yogurt. Its purpose for a place to stay when you’re plan is to be out all day serves its purpose well. Has a Good size fridge and has a microwave. Both useful to prepare frozen breakfast sandwiches in the morning.

Would have appreciated having the street address of the hotel in the Expedia email for reference. There was another Super 8 by Wyndham in the area and we went to that location first to check in only to be told we were at the wrong location. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Poor security. Police tape on back broken fence. Frequent people coming through fence at all hours. Fake security cameras.brooken window screens on many rooms. Breakfast was sold out early.minimal choices.( sweet roll, yougart.)

Way overpriced for this hotel but it was one of the least expensive so we took it as we don't spend much time in the room. Staff friendly . Old old stairways and hallways. New carpet and screwing down a few floorboards would make a big difference
