Really lovely hotel! And great staff! We was here for my partners birthday! They gave us two free drinks vouchers and a birthday note in the room, it was a lovely touch. We were able to leave our bags with them while they got our room ready. We managed to check in a lot earlier because of this! Definitely recommend

Good hotel, disappointed in the breakfast visit
Excellent staff at check in, we were also lucky enough to get into our room early. Room & everything in it was lovely. The only negative was our breakfast experience. Despite breakfast being cooked to order, it was warm on arrival with the exception of the hash brown. The staff were pleasant but it was assumed we wanted orange juice, when there was also apple juice & that is what i would have chosen, given a choice. We had to ask twice for more tea, bowls at the self service counter & more cutlery. I have no objection to serving myself but glassware, tea, water, cutlery had to be requested.

Lovely stay in Liverpool
The Halyard in Liverpool was in the perfect location for our short trip. It was close enough from the train station to walk with all of our luggage, and close enough to tour the major attractions, restaurants and shops without having to take any public transportation. Check in was smooth and very helpful in negotiating the city. Beautiful bar area too.

Loved it! Warm welcome when we checked in, smart & comfortable room, plenty of space downstairs too. A new hotel for Liverpool and if it stays as good, we'll definitely be back. We didn't eat in so can't comment on the food. Thank you.

This is a sleek new hotel, clean and stylish. The rooms are attractive and thoughtfully laid out, the beds ultra-comfy and the shower mercifully easy to use and powerful. The location is quiet but a short walk to eating, shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel restaurant is excellent. The only slight negative during our stay was that the room wasn't made up on our second day. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, this was quickly corrected. The staff was attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I should ever find myself in Liverpool again.
