Unfortunately we weren't able to figure out how to use the air conditioners and assistance wasn't available. No manual available to understand how to operate the units. The shower in the main bathroom didn't have much of a water retention support so water leaked on the floor.

The apartment is great, but the amenities are very simple (I.e. No coffee, paper towel, etc.) The Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite me requesting it being fixed.

Absolutely amazing
What a place , situated in the centre of Liverpool with all amenities at hand. The place itself is stunning with 2 large bedrooms 1 with en-suite , lovely living area and kitchen. Would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Liverpool 👍👍
