Excellent Stay at this quirky property. Definitely, my go to property for staying in Liverpool. Only downside was access to the spa for residents needs to be booked and costs which proved to not be value for money due to the limited time available to us.

We’ve been to this hotel 3 times now & we’re not disappointed. Only criticism was a guest came into the room next door in the early hours & put the tv on & was talking quite loudly on the phone for at least half an hour ! Can’t blame that on the hotel though.

The room was big and comfortable, but the heater was making noise during the night, which was sometimes annoying. In the hallway, there is no light and it’s too dark which made us uncomfortable and depressed. The distance to the city is about 20 to 30 minutes, but the walking path was not interesting as we passing warehouses and garages. We didn’t use the swimming facilities, but we visited the area and it was too hot and damp. The breakfast was too expensive for what they provide and it’s nothing special comparing to other hotels. Usually high-quality hotels with this price provide olives, cucumber, tomato at minimum. Parking is in-site and very convenient and accessible.
