Lovely staff, free parking as we were there on the weekend to travel over to Liverpool for an event. Lovely rooms and very reasonable prices :)

It was a birthday and we travelled all the way from Cardiff. It was a disaster. The room was freezing cold the heating did not work it was a family room and I waited till 11 pm for a quilt as there was only one quilt in room I asked to come up and fix heating as it did not come on they did not turn up. Also the water was leaking in the room through the window splashing everywhere

Lovely staff on reception, very helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms, beds mega comfy! Restaurant service bit of a let down, not enough room or staff but food was nice. Breakfast great value.

Uncleaned room when we checked in so had to be moved. Toilet didnt work in that one the cystern constantly made a noise and the flushing mechanism broke. Told cleaning staff but nothing done. Was told there was no eggs left half hour before the end of service as obviously the chef didnt want to cook anymore. Dirty stained rooms. Really disappointed

Constant ablebodied people coming to use the gym parked in disabled bays outside front door. So couldnt park my car on one night. When asked one of the people they just laughed and walked back to the fym Spoke to a manager but nothing gets done

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, Sally on reception went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There was an incident with another hotel guest being loud in the night outside, not the hotel's fault, it could happen anywhere. The guest was was dealt with quickly and efficiently plus we were given some free refreshments as a guesture of goodwill. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Comfortable stay
Perfect hotel for lower budget stay. Convenient location. Breakfast is plentiful. Rooms are a very good size which makes for a comfortable stay. Lots of amenities within the hotel, though I didn’t use them.
