Just the right amount of rustic, this cabin is also quite secluded with a few neighbors, including deer, elk, foxes, eagles, hawks, magpies, blue birds, finches, gophers, and more! Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.
It is quaint with its knotty pine interior, river rock fireplace and custom log bed! It's setting is perfect to create an awesomely memorable visit. You may come to visit Yellowstone Park, but you may find that you won't want to leave the cabin! Hideabed has got a newer plush mattress to make our guests more comfy.
Apple and Bing maps have the neighborhood streets wrong, so please be attentive to my directions and map that I send you. Weber gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, washer and dryer, WIFI (12-20 MBPS) and satellite television, heat and air conditioning, gas fireplace logs for ambiance in the evenings. Birdseed for the bird feeder, spotting scope. Firewood and propane are provided. Smoking outside please.
Minimal, yet nearby if needed. We live on the way to the cabin and if we see you arrive, we may just check in to see if all is wonderful! We are sensitive to your privacy, yet always available by phone, text, or in person, if needed.
Its location in the valley with great views in all directions, quiet, peaceful area not too far off of a paved road. Love seeing wildlife every day, yet close to town and Yellowstone Park, fishing and hiking within 15 minutes. During wintertime, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, dog-sledding, snowmobiling are a short distance away!

11. Please don’t fly drones over the neighbor’s homes. Next door neighbors are fine but a few along Lyons Trail S see it as a violation of their privacy.
12. Feel free to pay it forward in two ways…1. leave your Yellowstone receipt for the next guest and 2. Start a load of laundry for our housekeeper.
13. Garbage and recyclables go in the garage. Glass is not recyclable in our area.
14. No ATV’s, shooting of guns, or fireworks! Thanks!
Our family including our 91-year old mother who owns the cabin, wish you a most awesome respite in our cabin or Montana adventure in Paradise Valley and Yellowstone!
