Paradise View Lodge is a peaceful and private refuge that sits high atop a ridge on 15 rolling acres above Livingston, Montana. The views of Paradise Valley and the Absaroka Mountains are breathtaking!
The Guesthouse is a semi-detached, approximately 2,500-square-foot residence with separate entrances, patios, a yard, a garage, and a drive. It features three large bedrooms and a modern kitchen.
We are approximately 2 ½ miles from downtown Livingston on a county gravel road. It is a +/-35 minute drive from Bozeman and a +/-1 hour drive from Gardiner, the North Entrance, to the 2.2 million-acre Yellowstone National Park.
There is a two-car garage and ample surface parking.
The living room provides great seating to watch the deer and antelope often passing through the yard and a place to soak in the view. If you prefer to relax at home, there is a corn hole, bumper pool, games, and an expansive deck to sit, read, or have a glass of wine. A cozy fireplace and air conditioning ensure comfortable surroundings in any season.
The kitchen is a gourmet's delight, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for culinary adventures. There is a separate dining area and view seating at the island to watch all that is happening in the great room. There is a dining table on one of the patios for those nice weather days. An outside barbeque grill offers another way to enjoy the fresh air.
The winter season offers access to Bridger Bowl Ski Area (a +/- 45-minute drive) and Big Sky Resort (a +/- 1.5-hour drive).
Livingston, known as the place where artists and cowboys meet, has long been one of the flyfishing capitals of the world, with the Yellowstone River running right through town. Whether you choose to fish, river raft, hike, bike, horseback ride, visit Yellowstone Park, visit local museums, or just walk around town, Livingston has so much to offer.
