The staff was excellent. Hallways were extremely cold, could save money by upping the temp. Some repairs done in the room could be redone for appearance sake.

Below average Holiday Inn Express. Older and not very well maintained. Empty ice machine holes in walls. Faucet in bathroom dripped non stop. Desk staff guy upon entering and saying, How ya doing....simply stated.."I'm here". Step it up.

Thanks for your feed back. We apologize for the reception you received. I will make sure we address the issue as this is not how we greet our guests. There is an ice machine on the first floor. We are awaiting on the new one to be placed on the second floor. We just finished renovations of the rooms and are now working on the punch list to fix all the areas missed. Please note that renovations are ongoing.

This was hands down the friendliest staff of employees we have ever dealt with! Friendly, helpful, informative, and attentive to all we requested. Never acted like we were interrupting them or annoying them with our questions. The housekeepers included! Amazing stay!

Coffee maker in room didn't work. Bathroom sink had no hot water. Bathroom door needed work. No grab bars or friction strips in shower. No housekeeping service due to short staff. No breakfast biscuits due to broken oven. Pancake maker not working. Breakfast serving area small and crowded. Non-standard luggage carts were awkward, hard to use effectively.

Thank you for taking the time in providing your feedback. We are sorry for inconveniences you experienced. In checking on your complaints we found that there was hot water, sometimes it takes a while to get the some rooms. The coffee maker was checked and replaced. As for breakfast, we had an unfortunate event where the oven quit working over the weekend. We were not able to get it fixed until Tuesday afternoon. Sometimes we do not have any control of the situations when items breakdown. We hope to see you again.

Got to the room and the mirrors were dirty, and the pancakes machines broken was a let down. Beside that stay was great.
