Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company.

Cole Property Management is available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!


Located in the private Meredith Ranch community, Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is located on a private 1,000 acre ranch with rural back roads and trails for exploring all the area has to offer. Just on the outskirts of Livingston, the cabin is the perfect central location for your Montana adventure down the Paradise Valley, towards Yellowstone National Park, over to explore the Bozeman and Gallatin County area, or just to stay put and enjoy the views, solace and privacy at Soaring Eagle.

Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is dedicated to our guests, offering complete privacy and luxury on the 1,000 acre ranch.
Guests are welcome to walk, cross country ski or mountain bike on the property.
Please do not use motorized vehicles on the ranch including ATV's and snowmobiles any where on the ranch.

The main residence and barn just up the road are not accessible for guests.

Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin, newly completed in 2023, is a custom built timber frame home spanning 1,400 square feet of pure Montana-inspired luxury!

Impeccably appointed and professionally decorated, Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin has 10 ft ceilings throughout with expansive Pella windows complete with between the glass blinds framing the views of the Absaroka, Crazy and Beartooth mountain ranges.

Sneak a peak at the view of Paradise Valley and the skyline view of historic Livingston, Montana from your front porch: enjoy a cup of coffee or adult beverage from your wood rocking chair, iron swing or gliding chair and take in the sweeping 360 degree views of Big Sky country.

Abundant wild life surround your cabin and the 1,000 acre ranch: mule deer and elk, birds and an occasional Golden Eagle!

Come inside to enjoy the single-level open floor plan complete artistically crafted iron door hardware, concrete floors & Ruggable rugs.

The cabin is complete with central heating & air conditioning - vacation in comfort!

The gourmet kitchen is spectacular with custom built cabinetry, large butcher block island with seating for three on wooden swivel bar stools, brand new stainless steel appliances including a GE Profile 4-Door French Door-in-Door Refrigerator with automatic ice maker & water dispenser, GE Profile Electric Convection Induction Range with Air Fry, GE Profile Top Control dishwasher, Beko Built-in microwave drawer & an extra deep farm house sink with garbage disposal.

Granite counter tops frame the kitchen & the space is stocked with all of the amenities of home. The kitchen is a chef's dream!

Dine in for the evening at the rustic wood dining table that seats six comfortably under a custom crystal chandelier.

On chilly evenings, retire the the living room & turn on the Legend Flame Austin 60-inch electric fireplace with touch control panel & remote control. Enjoy multi flame color combinations with five flame speeds, logs & crackling sounds! Stream your favorite shows with Roku on the 65 inch HD flat screen TV and enjoy board games from the comfort of the high-end living room furnishings.

When it's time to retire to bed, choose one of three impeccably appointed bedrooms!
The master ensuite, complete with a king bed, Super Posture mattress & Pendleton linens, invites guests for an extended stay surrounded in comfort & luxury. Also included in the master is ample closet space, HD flat screen TV and a bathroom with custom cabinetry and a walk-in slate shower. Enjoy the plush towels and toiletries provided in your master bath retreat.

The Cabin's two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds - are delightfully decorated with Pendleton linens & Super Posture mattresses. Ample closet space in both bedrooms invite our guests for extended and relaxing stays.

The guest bath includes custom cabinetry and a walk-in slate shower, fully stocked with linens & toiletries.

A separate laundry room makes extended stays a breeze: GE extra large capacity Front Load Energy Star Steam Washer with the "Load and Go" feature, GE extra large capacity Smart Front Load gas dryer with steam and sanitize cycles.

The laundry room is fully stocked with laundry soap, dryer sheets & cleaning supplies. The cabin also includes a large pantry and hall closet for extra storage.

When it's time to head outside, enjoy the back patio complete with a large picnic table and gas grill. Dine outside under the Northern Lights and enjoy the surrounding scenery and wild life of the ranch.

By car, Soaring Eagle is just minutes from downtown Livingston and all the restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and more we have to offer. Drive a bit further - it's only a 30 minute drive from Bozeman and a 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park - a perfect central hub for your Montana vacation.

PETS: Soaring Eagle does NOT allow pets.
Registered Service Animals (SA) are welcome.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are welcome with verified documentation only. The Guest must provide documentation from a licensed mental health professional to the Host at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The Host is entitled to charge the Guest for any damages caused by the Emotional Support Animal.

PARKING: Please park in the allotted spaces next to the cabin. Please do not drive on the grass, as it may damage the irrigation. RV's and motorhomes are not allowed on the property due to limited parking and turning radius.

We welcome up to 6 guests at Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin.

SEPTIC & PLUMBING: The property is on a septic system -please use ONLY small amounts of toilet paper and NEVER flush flushable wipes, feminine products, paper towels hopes, dreams, condoms or fish. Plumbers are VERY expensive in rural Montana!

FIRE SAFETY: No fires, please. The use of candles, incense, outdoor fire or fire pits, and/or a charcoal grill are prohibited. The property is located in a high-fire danger area.

DRIVING: During the winter months, we recommend driving or renting a vehicle equipped with 4WD for ease of snowy driving.
