Hey The ac was defect, the room was freezing and the warming system was noisy. The room was smal, very smal and there is a difference between the rooms ( the normal class rooms) they are bigger and they have even different and more quality soap and shampoo.

No working wifi, no air con a deal breaker
Faded hotel going through renovation. No air conditioning, rooms overheated and no working wifi. They did allow us to change rooms so we could open windows (was noisy, but cooler); rooms and reception areas had a smell, assuming older carpet or from when people were able to smoke indoors. Staff were very frienldy, but they have a terrible product in the hotel facilities. Breakfast was good.

Very convenient located, it;s ok - nothing very fancy, ok breakfast, but people nice, location great, all amenities on site. For the price - very good choice, Yes, parking is somewhere (we used valet, but some public place few minutes away) but valet for 28 euro per night it’s fair. I would return.

Definitely needs better signage from the street we missed it 4 times driving around and found by accident when we pulled over for one of us to walk to find! However once inside we had a lovely stay- friendly, clean, safe and exquisite plentiful breakfast buffet- shout out to Jan! Wonderful property!

Horrible service by front desk agent Melanie. When we checked in she said she can’t find reservations and after she said that it was made for another day. Which was not true. She simply didn’t know what day it is. Also provided false information multiple times. When checked out gave a bill from another room, where it was a room charge while we prepaid everything in advance, had to waste time to figure out. Had to call manager but she wasn’t very helpful, she literally did not say anything. Horrible horrible customer service considering that we stayed on our reservation that I’m 8.5 months pregnant and this front desk agent Melanie only caused stress throughout the whole stay.

Great breakfast and location couldn’t be better. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and quiet. Parking was easy, you pull up to the hotel and they park the car.
