For the check in, in Expedia says that wait for the instructions in the booking confirmation and there´s no instructions in the booking confirmation. So it is very stressing, having a confirmation without know how i will be able to go inside the room. Overall when my flight is next day of this confirmation. The instructions or phone number should be automatically send.

Angefangen hat es damit, dass wir die Buchung per Paypal zahlen konnten, die tax allerdings nicht. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit das Geld zu bezahlen, haben somit die Mail mit den weiteren Anweisungen nicht bekommen… Wurden dann mit googlemaps flach geleitet, sodass wir ewig durch die Straßen geirrt sind. Als wir die Unterkunft schließlich gefunden haben, fanden wir einen sehr sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mann vor. Zum Glück, da die aufgeführte Telefonnummer nicht besetzt war… Er hat dann die Tax von uns in bar entgegen genommen und uns zur richtigen Location geführt. Dort angekommen fanden wir ein Zimmer in guten Zustand vor, das Bad bzw die Dusche allerdings war mehr als ecklig. Der Raum stand unter Wasser, riesige Haarbüschel hingen an einem Hacken an der Wand und die Duschbrause war defekt. Zum guten Glück hatten wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht…

UNA TRUFFA...!!!non esiste nessun Green Fortuna Suites...è tutta una FARSA...Se potessi come punteggio darei ZERO!!!La descrizione, le foto, la via in cui è sito l'immobile...tutto è falso!!State alla larga da questi truffatori altrimenti se prenotate in questo alloggio vi troverete a dormire in un dormitorio situato in un'altra via (ti avvisano per mail o messaggio dopo aver prenotato e pagato..dandoti la nuova via e il numero del letto in cui dormire) composto da 6-8 persone per camera.... sporco con gente ubriaca....!! Accorto della truffa...sono scappato via!!!

Schlimmes Hotel, seiht gewarnt.
Es war schrecklich. Unter dem Bett so viele Haare. Überall Müll und Krümmel von Keksen. Die Handtücher verfärbt. Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit per Telefon. GEMEINSCHAFTSBAD HATTE EINEN DEFEKTEN SCHLÜSSEL! Eine Zumutung war dieses Hotel. Ich weiss bei dem Preis denkt man sich OK gut, aber das lohnt sich nichtmal kostenlos. Einfach widerliche grosses Haus was als WG genutzt wird.

Sin indicaciones para llegar al piso. No había ningún numero para llamar y pedir info. Casa llena de gente Sucia Habitacion pequeña y con una cama de 1.35 para dos. Finalmente, publicidad engañosa. Te lo venden como un hotel pero es un b&b de baja calidad. No compraré mas por expedia.

Aspettative deluse ma con potenziale
Difficoltà a reperire la struttura per il check-in. Struttura che poi risulta ancora in costruzione, con cavi e tubi scoperti in giro, ed un bagno per almeno quattro camere. Sempre il bagno risulta sfornito di mensole o ripiani per appoggiare asciugamani ed altro. Pulizia impeccabile ed interni nuovi. A soli 20minuti a piedi dal centro e quindi posizione interessante.

The building was still a construction site. Loose wiring everywhere, even in the bathroom. Unsafe stairs, no fire exit, no smoke detectors. No ventilation in kitchen and bathroom. Tap was not attached to sink. Toilet was running whole night. Mentoined this to the owner through sms but got no reply. There seem to be a lot fake one word reviews on other websites. The furnace didnt work, 3 external plates were provided but 1 had loose wires ( this is high power! Very dangerous) water cooker smelled like paint. Obviously the place is not suitable to receive guests. The plave should be finished first. Pictures of other building shown on all hotel websites.
