Large apartment of 120 square meters independent, located on the top floor of a family villa has 4 levels and surrounded by garden and green area with facade on the street facing east (sunrise / sea side), in the middle of a residential area, located on the south-west slope of a hill that dominates the village and the port of Llançà. Excellent communication with the village on the one hand (by two community stairs) and the port of the other down the street. Near the 3 beaches of La Farella, that of Cau del Llop, the beautiful coastal walkway that leads to Port de La Selva, the mountain trail for hikers, as well as shops and restaurants. Supermarket just down the street.
The accommodation offers: 1 large living / dining-room with bay windows, fireplace and terrace overlooking the sea, 1 kitchen equipped with all the necessary, 4 bedrooms including 1 single, 3 doubles (1 with balcony), 1 room-de -bath complete with washing machine + w. c., 1 toilet. All its rooms are air conditioned, bathroom and kitchen included, making the apartment a suitable rental for any season. Its elevated position and the fact of not being enveloped by other neighboring houses, offers the tenant panoramic views from all its rooms, in addition to the calm and tranquility of a usual residential area.

big apartment in quiet neighborhood
Nice apartment, especially good for families because there is a lot of space. Didn't need to use the air conditioner because of the wind :-)

Villa Marval (FeWo Llanca)
ACHTUNG: die in der Annonce genannte Telefonnummer hat die falsche Vorwahl für Frankreich (+33). Bitte die richtige Vorwahl für Spanien verwenden (+34). Zustand: Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung, aber sehr sauber. Der sehr nette Vermieter versucht durch Improvisationstalent den Zustand der FeWo zu erhalten. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden - Aktivierung durch Münz-Automat. Waschmaschine im Bad ebenfalls durch Münz-Automat aktivierbar. Lage: Ruhige Lage auf einem Hügel. Der Altstadtkern von Llanca ist über Stufen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkraum für PKW in den angrenzenden Straßen verfügbar.
