The family room was large and clean. Loved all the extra bits ie chocolate mints and marshmallows and friendly host and lovely breakfast. Really good value for money would defo stay again

really lovely place to stay. Staff on arrival very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, great views. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is great, so much choice. Its a lovely little sea side town. Nice restaurants near by. The Great Orme Tramway is just a stone throw away, great experience. We visited Zip World about 30 mins away. We will be back. Great place

We had a great stay at the Beach House. Fantastic location right by the broad walk and pier with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Room was nice and tidy with nice amenities and the shower had great pressure. Highly recommend staying here!!

I had a lovely stay and really didn't want to leave. Wonderful hospitality, the owner was such a kind person and couldn't do enough for us. Llandudno is a beautiful place and would recommend this Holiday to all and of course the Beach House is highly recommended. Thanks so much for making us so welcome and comfortable.

Dream of Every Visitor to Llandudno
The Beach House is well situated near all the attractions in Llandudno. We can board the tramway and the cable within minutes of walking. The beach and the magnificent pier are also very close to the hotel. At a very reasonable price we are able to enjoy the comfort and quiet rooms with amazing breakfast for the three days of our stay. We would surely come back for our next visit.

The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble.
