Pleasant but.
Pleasant stay but we stayed in room 6 which has 2 very big sash cord windows which are both draughty and cold you can also hear a lot of road noise ie: delivery trucks and bin wagons with reverse sensor warnings at 7am, so with the weather being rather cold the room was cold even with the heating on.

Excellent hotel, close to beach and shops. Clean, tidy, well appointed room with daily room service and staff, all who were polite, informative and willing to assist. Restaurant food and service was very good. Without hesitation, we shall return for further stays.

Great seaside hotel
Excellent hotel close to the beach and walking distance of train station. Pool and spa treatments,extensive lounges. Good all round service and food good. Only facilities criticism is that the gym is too hot to really exercise.

Great family hotel, just how it should be.
Superb welcome and check-in process, shown to our room and shown the facilities within. Good breakfast with waiter service for the cooked food. Lovely bar and lounge area, great for after dinner drinks or your nightcap before bed.

We had a very enjoyable stay, and will definitely come back. The receptionist Mary was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The only slight negative was at breakfast. The toast arrived as soon as we got seated, so was cold when we ate it, and it felt a bit rushed. Maybe leave the toast until people order their cooked breakfast. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about it
