I received a call in the morning telling me their card machine was not working could we bring cash to pay? I did not feel this was right, so I took a drive around and from what I saw from the curb side was not pleasing to me, it look untidy and not clean at all. In one way we had an incident occur at home that we had to rush home for so never stayed there. But we received a thank you e mail today?

Damp. Bath plug had a hole in it, so couldn't use the bath. Shower pole was broken. Extractor fan was broken. Shower unit wasnt attached. Floor boards wet and damaged in the far corner next to the bunkbed ladder. It wasnt the room I booked. Damp running off the walls in the morning. Ross, when he arrived, was charming and attentive.

Came to stay at the Manor on Friday 30th - 2nd September with my 3 children. We entered the hotel to a lovely warm welcome. Staff were really lovely throughout our stay. Went up to our room which was lovely and spacious. Bed bases and furniture a little tired, but overall the condition of the room was ok. Clean bathroom and shower. All had a good peaceful sleep. Breakfast is continental but lots of choice and is always well stocked. Hot brinks of your choice are brought to your table. Dining room kept clean and tidy. Tables were always cleared straight away. Room service can round everyday and kept you stocked up on hot drinks, towels and bed change. Check out easy. Just leave your key on reception. Overall a very friendly place to stay if you have children or would like a little break

Quiet dirty mattresses were uncomfortable shower is also terrible as no water pressure impossible to have a shower taps were not mixer taps cups were dirty no tissues in room overall bad experience but staff was good

Family room (room 18) Pros: Great location. Free parking all along the road by the hotel which was a plus. Clean towels and other amenities provided daily which was good. Manager helped to carry case up stairs to the room. Sadly they are the only positive things about this hotel. Cons: You could not stay in here with a young child due to it being unsafe. Low level table with a kettle, which we could not use as there was what looked like a dishwasher tablet that had solidified and was stuck inside. So no hot drinks. This was placed right underneath the tv and the plug extender was hanging down mid air next to the kettle! Main double bed badly placed, cannot walk to one side, have to climb over. A random dressing table in the corner that’s difficult to get to which would be better elsewhere next to a mirror. There is a wall mirror but nowhere to place toiletries etc. Curtains with missing hooks so hanging down. Old worn out chair which had to be used as a bedside table due to there only being one table on one side of the main bed. Only one lamp on one side of the bed. Only one mains plug connection on one side of the bed. Basically the double bed is only really fit for one person. Toilet lid broken off the toilet. Shower head poor quality. And no one ever on the desk to report any issues. Just to note we also saw room 17 which is also a family room and the layout was much better with beside tables etc on each side of the bed. We would not stay here again.

Deeply disappointed!!! As a family of 4 we booked 1 night at this hotel as our last night in wales. I booked a family room with en-suite, the room we got was not what was on the pictures!we were given a room in the basement, 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. You are lower than street level so even though we had a window we had to keep the curtains closed because everyone could look down into your room. The roller blind must have fallen down as all that was there on the wall was the holder, no blind. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom, stains and dirt all down the back of the bathroom door plus the sink was cracked. The beds were quite comfy and the bedding was clean so that is a positive I suppose but the smell of damp and waggling sockets on the wall made us determined never to return to this hotel again. I even paid for breakfast the next day but after seeing the room we had to sleep in we didn’t even want to attempt breakfast, instead opting to stay at a lovely cafe on the way home. We paid £90 for this room and £18 for breakfast. There is no way that room was worth £90, I had a look online to see if one of the other family rooms were available but it was booked up so had no option but to stay. I was going to raise my concerns when checking out to see if anything could be done but there was literally no one around, all that we could see was other residents keys on the check in desk top as they must have just left them there when leaving so we had to do the same.!!!

Short weekend break in Llundudno hotel was reasonably priced location is approx 15min walk from town but right on sea front. We had a room with seaview which was nice but matress on our bed was terrible as were the sheets which were too small. However a very nice lady did change them and last night of our stay was better. She also did a lovely towel swan display with red petals
