Felt as though I wasn’t welcome… not a good overall experience and things that should have been a possibility was impossible! I felt treated inadequate to others… atmosphere was very strange to say the least! The first holiday I can say I was glad to be home from… Yes times are hard for all at the moment and I expected change but a little bit of common decency wouldn’t go amiss. Felt as though I was almost punished for being British and my hard earned money wasn’t valued. Minimal service and had to ask for towels… not once in 6 days was our room attended too until the day before we left! Room view was overlooking dull green tree land… covered in ants and bugs! Sofa bed in lounge was filthy and underneath was dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned for years! Shower flooded out onto the bathroom floor each time it was used! Checked in late and I requested to switch immediately told you go back the next morning which I did and was told that they was full and nothing available yet others checked in afterwards throughout the week! Had to pay extra to check out late… only gave us till 2:30 although we had asked for longer but wouldn’t allow. Only one key given which was difficult if someone wanted to stay in whilst others went to the swimming as can’t get access otherwise and also electricity turns off so couldn’t leave phones to charge whilst out having only one key. When I complained I got spoken too dismissive and said they couldn’t understand and spoke to me with a “ What”!! Rude!

Pool, gym, playground, everything was close under Covid. Shuttle to airport very expensive. After our call that we arriving later nobody meets us. We stuck near the gate for a while until someone show up.

Give us 1 bedroom when we booked 2 bedroom. Staff were not bothered at all. Had to sleep in one bedroom for one night-4 adults 2 babies. Next morning staff didnt even apologies until asked to and eventually offered breakfast for 2 mornings after being asked by myself and expedia what they were going to do to fix the problem. They werent one bit bothered they jad messed the start of our holiday

A perfect stay for families!

We were traveling to Europe for a family wedding in Provence and we were looking for a place to stay the night outside Barcelona to help with the time change adjustment. My family prefers staying in apartments when we travel so we have access to a kitchen or kitchenette to make meals with our children easier. When we saw Apartments Els Llorershas renderings for a small water park on property it looked too good to be true. Turns out it was better than expected! This place is very family centric, our boys had a blast and the restaurant off the pool area was fantastic. We had so much fun on property we forgot to explore the town! They do offer shuttle service into town and free parking onsite which we found to be really helpful. The only downsides were the fans were not very strong so we were quite warm staying in august and the pull out sofa was very stiff. That being said, we will definitely consider staying again for the park and restaurant on property!

Walls thin, so noise factor from other residents a detrimental factor. Position of apartment a positive feature because it was an end with mountain and sea views.

It's a very clean, no-frills, budget apartment, on the very edge of town but easliy within walking distance of the beach-front and supermarket. The strip is the other end of town if it's nightlife you're looking for. Reception staff were very helpful and Nigel, who drove the mini-van was always very pleasant and helpful too.

Room had a sea view, spacious apartment, within walking distance of the town, quite a steep hill to the property, free shuttle mini-bus into town, bar staff attentive. Overall a good budget hotel. Swimming pool decent size. Fairly basic (& that was the premium block), quite noisy situated above the bar/restaurant, ants came in from the damp weather, had to use jungle formula as a deterrent. Not a lot to do for children/teenagers in the town. Fantastic choice of eateries in the town.

Tacky resort

Staff were excellent. Very accommodating. However the resort itself is a bit tacky and very over developed, If it's a hen or a stag type holiday you want, perfect. If you want Spanish culture and food this is not the place for you.

Family holiday (10 people) visiting Lloret de Mar. Fantastic accommodation and very friendly staff always resolving any issues in a very efficient manner. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Hotel needs renovation

Nice location, quiet & safe, 1 mi walk to Lloret de Mar beach & downtown. Staff is very friendly & professional. Hotel pool is nice and hotel restaurant is pretty good. The issue is that the rooms need renovation: they are clean, but lack typical amenities. Important note, there is no AC in any of the rooms. Not a big deal at night.

Expected facility to be a little more modern..newer. No housekeeping at all. We had to take out our own trash and asked for more toilet paper if we ran out. Bed was not comfortable. Shower did not have complete door so water was always splashing out. Pictures on Expedia very deceiving. Overall we were disappointed and will not recommend it to our friends.

2 times disappointing

I went to this hotel twice, first time paid for a sea view room and was given an appalling mountain view, after complaining was moved to another mountain view room , not what I paid for. Second time , cupboards without handles, my grandson hurt his fingers with it, he is a 10 month old baby who likes crawling. They gave us a travel cot with no mattress, a duvet instead of it . Bidet was clogged Reception employee Jana very unprofessional, left us waiting for a shuttle from the beach for 45 minutes, after me calling 3 times, didn't apologise and made poor excuses , like she was busy at the laundry. I will not go back or recommend this hotel to any. Wi Fi only at bar restaurant. Bar- restaurant staff very helpful

up a very steep hill

couldnt fault the hotel or staff. very clean, well furnished appartments.the only downside was that it was over a mile to the beach and town centre and up a VERY steep hill.
