The hotel is a little outdated but very clean and staff are very friendly rooms are basic but comfortable. it is less than 500 meters from the main shopping area and 20 yards from a lovely little bodega. It is not for the wheelchair bound as stairs up to reception and stairs down to restaurant. The good thing about the room was we actually got English channels

Nice,helpful staff,and they speaking English! Really close to the beach (5min walk), wonderful little bodega in the street,only bad thing is the shower - is way too small. The beds are bit noisy, but clean and comfy.

Not the best stayed we have had, on arrival the lift was broke for our entire stay, option of 2 rooms which we chose the nearest to ground floor, this was the 3rd floor and was very narrow slippy dark staircase, which was very tiring to climb everyone! On entering the room we were shocked at the size and condition of the room. We had a built in wardrobe and only room was to walk round the double bed which also had our wash basin at the bottom of! A separate toilet with our knees touching the shower cubicle(also swinging door) and certainly no room to dry in! Also no towels on arrival and no balcony only a tiny window the size of a 21 inch tv looking at a brick wall. A very uncomfortable stay, and only entered to room to sleep. Very clean however!

Lovely family run hotel.
Lovely stay basic but comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. They also spoke really good English. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Habitacion pequeña pero bien, balcon muy estrecho, lavabo bien pero la puerta no se puede abrir del todo, cama muy ruidosa y recepcion chica amable pero chico muy desagradable ni saluda y esta con el mobil todo el rato. Ubicacion esta muy bien ubicada, es un hotel que para el precio esta correcto.

da dimenticare
arrivati viene chiesto subito il pagamento( cosa che in genere viene fatta alla fine) e una cauzione di 100 € che è spropositata dato che il valore complessivo della stanza è piuttosto misero. All`ingresso della stanza ecco però la sorpresa maggiore: ai piedi del letto troviamo un lavandino minuscolo ed entrando nel bagno c è appena lo spazio per il water e una cabina doccia che aveva chiari i segni di una riparazione. Le lenzuola del letto probabilmente non erano state cambiate prima del nostro arrivo né durante il soggiorno con tutta probabilità,perché troviamo sia al di sotto delle lenzuola stesse che sopra le federe dei cuscini dei capelli. Non abbiamo avuto ( dopo la sorpresa del check-in) problemi con la reception che si è dimostrata disponibile a migliorare la situazione nei limiti delle loro possibilità. Nel complesso, da dimenticare, l'unico lato positivo era la posizione centralissima dell'hotel.

Pour ma part, chambre de la taille d'une cage à poule, l'évier est un lave main, les toilettes collés à la cabine de douche, lit indigne d'un hotel... Sinon le personnel de l'établissement est bien et accueillant, le petit déjeuner est bien aussi, en plus inclus dans le prix de la chambre...

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti; la posizione è comoda perché molto vicino al mare e alla movida notturna, ma la stanza era piccolissima e il personale cortese ma senza esagerare. Lo consiglio a chi sa che non passerà troppe ore in hotel, e non dà peso alle condizioni della camera.

Hotel piccolo,abbiamo prenotato una doppia economy, ma non pensavamo fosse un loculo! Letto non matrimoniale ma a una piazza e mezza. Lavandino minuscolo e di fronte a letto, fuori dal bagno. Bagno con doccia a sinistra e subito di fronte attaccato water. Finestra non presente in bagno. In camera mini finestra che dava sull'interno del palazzo. Impossibilità di far asciugare costumi e teli all'aria. Almeno piccolo condizionatore. Posizione ottima, lontano dal caos notturno e a 300mt dalla spiaggia di Lloret, fermata bus per Fenals sempre a 300mt, vicinanza di market,negozietti,pub e ristoranti. Lo consiglio a chi non ha grosse pretese.

Hôtel avec une déco très vieillotte et situé dans une petite ruelle très étroite, peu de luminosité naturelle, chambre et sanitaire très petits, climatisation très bruyante et inefficace, nous avons eu très chaud, la literie était de mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner était aussi de mauvaise qualité avec un café infecte. Le seul point positif c'est la propreté des chambres et la proximité de la plage et en plein coeur de la ville.
