We were in town for a wedding. Staff was always on hand if I needed an extra towel or anything else. Front desk was always cheerful. Included breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were happy and friendly. Great experience overall.

The hotel is in a good location - right along the main highway and central in Lloydminster. We find the rooms and service to be consistent on the several times we have been there

Good price for the queen suite I booked. Nice to see more healthy choices at the free breakfast room. One bad sign was the gym equipment. Every piece of equipment was broken/out of service except the treadmill, which was very old and not functioning properly.

The property was nice and well kept. The room was very comfortable and great for one night stay. It was centrally located close to points of interest in Lloydminster. The carpet was a bit worn but not an issue for us.

The only thing that I have to complain about is the rug should be cleaned. It really was in need of a good cleaning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience .

The heat didn’t work in our room. Brought us a little heater that only heated a small area. Asked if we could change rooms to one where the heater worked, only to be told no because they were more expensive rooms. The carpets were stained.

The breakfast included is the best I’ve had at a hotel in many years. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Rooms were good size with good amenities and awesome water pressure in the shower. Beds were very comfortable and I had a great sleep. Hotel could use a new carpet on ground floor, but that is the only drawback. I have already booked my next stay at this hotel as I haven’t found one better than this anywhere (below $300/night that is and this still may be better!)
