We had a great stay. This hotel is moody and trendy and upscale! I really loved the aesthetic so much. My only complaint is the bartender lacked knowledge on what they had as far as in house whiskey, and the front desk staff said we would be in a “city view” room but it was second floor facing 16th street. No city view, they should call those 16th street view. Otherwise, we loved it. Very clean and beautiful.

The staff were great! They were friendly, helpful and very attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean, safe and our room was excellent. The bed, pillows and that beautiful bathroom were a dream come true. The only thing I wished the hotel had was a courtesy van. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Corner rooms needed to be sound proofed better. Also, get better pillows. They flatten like into paper thin sheets. Otherwise excellent place.
