A Pinch of Paradise is a charming beach home, only one street back from the water edge of Lake Victoria and is located in a quiet court location! There is nothing you will not love here with all the amenities of town within a casual stroll. Perfect location to bring the kids on holidays with skate park and playground just around the corner as well. There is an RSL, pub, bowls club, boat club and tennis courts all within walking distance.

The Ninety mile surf beach is within a five min drive for those keen fishing people or just a dip. For the keen coffee tastes, try out Lochy Coffee located a couple mins walk next door to the Foodworks supermarket. Bring the clubs for a great game of golf, or hire them at the Loch Sport Golf club. The National Park is also a great drive, you may even experience our wildlife, or have a BBQ at Point Wilson.

The beach house has a spacious under cover deck spanning along the front of the home as well as a rear deck which is perfect for catching the summer sun in the afternoon. All elements of outdoor living are covered here with decking on both the front and rear of the home to relax and enjoy both the morning and evening sun. There is a gas BBQ on the back deck along with mozzie zappers for your use.

The open plan living room has a TV with Netflix and a sound bar with Bluetooth so you can pair your music to. There is free WiFi and the home is cooled and heated by reverse cycle air-conditioning located in the living room along with tinted windows for extra privacy and ceiling fans The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a decent sized fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has single bunk beds and a double bed with a chest of drawers. There is a port a cot available. The bedrooms are both central to the main bathroom with the addition of a second toilet.

The house is located on a large block that can fit a boat if you are planning on doing some fishing or water skiing.

Note: You will need to bring your own towels and linen (bed sheets, doona cover and pillow cases). We have young kids (7 year olds) and so we know how difficult it can be to take a break and have to pack so many things. Therefore, we have a port a cot, high chair, change mat, double pram, wipes and kids cups/plates/cuttlery for you to use. You are walking distance to the playground, beach, basketball court and skate park, every kids dream.

Amazing as usual
This was our third time returning to the property and as always we had an amazing stay. Clare seems to go over and above to make her guests feel welcome and provides everything you could need for a great stay. The property is always clean and tidy and the location is great.

We had a delightful stay, location was ideal, convenient and peaceful It was well appointed and the basket of goodies was a nice touch, the idea of being able to use the kayaks was great although if we had of known before arriving we could of arranged a way to get them to the lake

We had a great stay at pinch of paradise. The place is even better than it looks in the photos. Great location, great accommodation - they have thought of everything and provided tons of great activities that our family enjoyed. Its an easy walk to the playground and main shops and short drive to the beach. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful quiet little spot
The house was lovely and cosy. Nicely stocked kitchen and timely communication from our host. The kids really loved the toy box and had a great time trying out the kayaks. Lovely walk down to the lake for fishing and relaxing. Shops close by and plenty to explore. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome home away from home
We had an amazing stay here, Clare maintains the property at a very high standard and was very thoughtful with a welcome bouquet of goodies for the whole family. There’s everything you need - from streaming TV to kids toys and canoes. The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials. The front and back porches are a great place to enjoy the birds and sip on your drinks. Location is just fabulous, walking distance to the lake and close to all good things Loch Sport offers including shops, coffee and of course the national park and golden beach/ ninety mile beach.

Clare was extremely accommodating and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was lovely and presented very well, with all the best creature comforts from home. We were so close to the shore, and we even had a mama & baby roo in the yard on night 1! Clare actively seeks feedback to improve her guests experience. She is a great host and A Pinch of Paradise was just that indeed! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
