This visit wasn't great. Stayed 3 nights. A scared, possibly injured dog was left alone by someone across the hall well into the night,really good odds that room was pitch black, too. At 9:30, I called the desk, they were responsive. Kids running the hallways, relay racing, at 9pm. This is a family friendly stay, so ball players (large squealing preteens) make breakfast pretty much a slumber party....EEEEK! As a pet parent of 3, I appreciate pet friendly places, but this time (we stay here often) our room stunk of wet dirty dog! The sink was being propped up with unfinished 2x2's wedged crooked. AND...the fire alarm went off at midnight... talk PANIC wake up, then just like that stopped. There was no 'All Clear' announcements went given. An announcement is necessary!! The firetrucks came sirens on, AFTER the alarm stopped. NOT one announcement, we were on the 4th floor. We watched the trucks leave and went back to bed. Overall, we def will stay here, when we visit again. It's clean, safe, quiet and well worth the peace if not having to be in the hustle. Pack ya some Lysol for the pet odor and enjoy your day.

Very pleased.
Very pleased with the condition, friendliness, and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the king room was very spacious and well laid out and appointed. I would have never expected to have so much space in a single bed room.

The property was very clean and extremely quiet inspite of all the visitors. The breakfast food choices were amazing and delicious. Parking was simple and we were able to walk across the street to our event. Will definitely consider this property for future visits. Hotel staff was professional and helpful. They provided valuable information when we checked in, specically regarding the weather for the next day.

A trip to the track
We have stayed here several times when going to the horse races. The hotel is connected to the casino and track, as well as great restaurant selections. It is pet friendly and we have brought our dog several times. Unfortunately, it is not part of the Caesar’s group, but we still highly recommend as it is set up like it is.

The hotel staff was amazing, very nice throught the whole stay, multiple shifts. The room itself was disgusting, a wads of....stuff...dripping down the wall dried up, we had to clean unknown substances off the table in the razor blade cuts. There was a white powder on the remote, residue on the bedside table and a litteral french fry in the sheets of the bed and we had to got get clean blanket from the front desk due to skicky, used condion on the balnkets. Definitely seams like cleaning between customer or changing bed sheets is not a priority. We had to clean all the surfaces before we could touch anything. Every single couter and table wasn't wiped off before we came, coffee ring, spilled stuff, ashes, unknown powder substances, it was awful. I would absolutely never go back unless those issues were fixed.
