Non smoking apartment bright and friendly in the basement of the house, lovingly furnished and maintained with separate entrance - two bedrooms with double beds, cot and high chair can be provided, a living room with dining area and modern kitchen with oven and dishwasher, in front there is a terrace with furniture, TV , Shower and toilet, parking at the house and bike carport, in addition, sitting area outdoors with fireplace and grill, initial bed linen included, you can book towels for an extra charge (5.00 € per person) Free Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. Ferienwohnung nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet
Für Erwachsene ist die Ferienwohnung in Ordnung. Jedoch mangelt es etwas an Sauberkeit, gerade was die Küchenutensilien angeht. Kleinkinder sind dort leider nicht gut aufgehoben, da gibt es einfach zu viele Stolperfallen, durch stark erhöhte Türschwellen. Der Hochsitz stellte ebenfalls ein Sicherheitsrisiko da und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden
