The check-in staff was friendly and there were plenty of towels in the room. Check-put was easy The TV was sitting sideways and in a place that it was easy to bump There were no USB charging ports There was some kind of stain on the shower curtain and the bathroom felt pretty generally dirty

Met at front desk with friendly staff and immediate check in. Room clean and nicely decorated. Did not use the indoor pool but looked very nice. Continental breakfast good. Very clean very busy and the attendant kept everything filled and very friendly. Over all nice overnight stay. Thank you

Tub was dirty, our checkout paperwork said checkout was 12 (noon) ... it was time change, fall back, weekend. Got locked out when our key no longer worked at 11. The front desk said checkout was at 11. SHOWED them our checkout paperwork that THEY slid under our door that morning showing in print checkout was at noon and were still told we were in the wrong and if we did not vacate the room within ten minutes we would be charged an extra night.

This is an EXTREMELY outdated property. The top of the bedside tables had the finish almost completely worn away. The sink would hardly drain at all. You had to unplug the lamp because the switch wouldn’t work to turn it off. For what we paid, it was very disappointing. Fortunately we only had to stay one night. Ew.

Upon arrival door wouldn't open or latch properly. This was taken care of when we asked. French fries on room floor when we arrived still there the second day until I picked them up😳 Juice was all frozen and we had to ask additional items daily.

the property was in a convenient location and pretty well maintained for its age. Check-in and staff and housekeeper were friendly and pleasant. There were some minor maintenance issues: the toilets flushed very slowly, our room had a jacuzzi and several tiles around the tub were loose and coming off, there is no elevator and the stairwells needed vacuuming and hadn't been in a while. The free breakfast was a joke, yogurt, cold cereal, stale bagels. The biggest issue was the bedding. The bed was very hard and lumpy and uncomfortable. Discussed the problem with the front desk who said the bedding was new (NOT) and "one size doesn't fit all". We left a day early because our backs were hurting and it obviously wasn't a concern to the management.

There just one night. That was enough. Toilet bowl broken away from floor. If you bent over while sitting, it would go with you and splash water out of tank. Told desk clerk next morning. He said he would have maintenance check it. I told him last guest in that room should have reported it.

We'll pay more next time.
Let me start by saying this was a low cost overnight at a "Bargain" hotel. It lived up to it's promise! From a very outdated room, ill maintained bathroom, to the low quality "free" breakfast in a cramped area, this was the definition of "You get what you pay for". We didn't expect lavish at the mid-level price but we did expect updated and clean! It's not like they were that much cheaper than the brand new hotels on the other side of 33. I'm not super picky but the wobbly toilet, dirty caulking, chipping ceiling stucco, dirty exhaust marks around the vent, were all hard to miss.

This was the absolute worst stay we have ever experienced. There were bugs in the room, the toilet was broken and wouldn’t stop flushing all night, the TV stand was broken and tilted at a 45° angle, the walls had holes stuffed with toilet paper, the main door handle was loose and the fire sprinkler head was rusted and covered with a disgusting substance. I wouldn’t stay there again for free.

The room could have been cleaner but it wasn't gross, just dusty. No elevator but not a big deal. Pool area looked very pretty. Girl at front desk was sweet. Breakfast was sad but the lady working it was so nice. Really close to Hocking Hills, a canoe place, restaurants and shops. Not bad on a budget.

The hotel is old and can use updating, but it was clean overall. The only disappointment was a hot tub is listed as an amenity, but when we got there we found there is no longer a hot tub in the corner by the pool. They filled it in with concrete. The amenities section and pictures of the non-existent hot tub needs updating on this site.
