The property needed plowed desperately. Interior phone did not work. No coffee maker. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, sink wouldn’t drain. Pool was closed but not advertised as closed. Customer Service was non existent. The owners of this establishment should be embarrassed. Horrible stay!

The highlights: Our room had a chair that looked gross and had big white stains. The furniture was all scratched up. The bathroom had no working heat lamp nor vent, and as a result had moldy shower, moldy popcorn ceiling, and a warped door kept together by wood screws. Breakfast was yogurt at the best by date, literarily moldy bagel, and bruised apples. Eggs omelet were okay.

Rowdiness and roughness
I've stayed here for about 3 weeks now and the first 2 weeks were excellent but this past week the people above us are to rowdy every night I hear a bang like some one is standing on something high and falls off and BANG sounds like their coming through my ceiling and the picture on the wall shakes luckily it hasn't fell yet. Staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful if you're in need of something.

Overall a pleasant experience
Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Mattress on soft side, maybe too soft for those w back issues. Breakfast very continental but included. Overall very pleased w our stay.

The lounge chair, desk chair, and table were dirty, stained and over 20 years old. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet roll holder needs to be rebolted. Liked the large refrigerator and microwave in the room. Comfortable bed. Maid service appeared to be clean with linens, sweeping, and general clean of the room. The front desk needs a bell. We waited for the desk service person to appear who sits away from the front desk in an adjacent room. You have to talk loud to get her attention. The breakfast attendant was helpful. The breakfast could be improved upon with a waffle maker.

Felt unsafe - do not stay here
My son hopped into the pool from the side of the deep end. Not a dive, not a leap, just hopped back in after getting out to get something. The front desk attendant came running into the pool room to berate us about following the pool rules and said “this is your first and only warning and the next time I will have you removed from the hotel.” It was SO aggressive and intimidating, to be threatened with having no place to stay and physical removal from the hotel from one innocent and unintentional rules violation. I felt very unsafe and wanted to leave but could not find another option. As we went to leave the pool another family came in. I warned the other mom about the aggressive rules enforcement and as we were talking her small child, maybe 3, jumped into the pool. The hotel employee came back and gave the same “I will have you removed line” and as she was talking the child jumped in again, before his mom had time to address the behavior. The employee started SCREAMING at the mom and told them they were kicked out. My kids and I fled the pool area as she shouted. An hour later there were cop cars, I think the hotel called the cops on a poor mom whose only crime was an excited kid who jumped into the pool. And, the halls were filthy and smelled like smoke, there is no elevator, and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Minimal options and no water available to drink in the whole hotel.

Ive been to similitude Baymonts, but this hotel was special. I appreciate a clean bathroom and shower with Dove soap, conditioner and shampoo and this place has it. Stay here…..

The check-in staff was friendly and there were plenty of towels in the room. Check-put was easy The TV was sitting sideways and in a place that it was easy to bump There were no USB charging ports There was some kind of stain on the shower curtain and the bathroom felt pretty generally dirty
