This charming semi-detached house is nestled in a unique rural nature just 6 km from Monpazier, which is officially one of the most beautiful villages in France and attracts with a beautiful Thursday market.

The accommodation is modern and well equipped. From the private terrace in direct southern exposure you are granted a wide view over the rural surroundings. Enjoy your meals or a glass of wine al fresco with this view. Nearby, a variety of historic villages and towns await you, most notably Beaumont-du-Périgord (11 km), Monflanquin (30 km) and Belves (22 km). Villeréal, 12 km away, offers several shopping facilities. The friendly and discreet landlords, who will welcome you warmly, live themselves on the 4 hectare natural property, where you can move freely and go for walks.

Access to the bedroom on the second floor is via a somewhat steep staircase without risers. Since the ceiling height of this room is very low, it is suitable only for children (8 years and older). The house is connected to the neighboring house, which can accommodate 2 people.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Des hotes charmants et un cadre superbe
Très bel endroit, des gens charmants. Le calme de l'endroit est incroyable. Juste un bémol sur l'endroit où les enfants ont dormi : Impossible de se tenir debout pour un enfant, très chaud, même en gardant toute la maison fermée. Et l'agence Nov...sol qui a brillé par son absence : aucune réponse aux questions pour savoir si les draps étaient inclus (même les propriétaires ne savaient pas...). Et aucune clarté sur le ménage : inclus en fait, sauf que rien ne l'indiquait. Et on l'a donc fait pour rien, et payer un prix npn negligeable pour rien!! Vraiment nul No..sol!!
