Great location for us across the street from Liverpool Station since we came from Heathrow Airport and we're going out of Stansted Airport. Easy to walk to central London sights.Clean, large room. Friendly, helpful staff that had a lot of work to do since the lift was down.

Great location

It is a fantastic location near Liverpool Street Station. Rooms are good size and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. It could do with a touch-up in some areas. The blind in the Bedroom was ripped, which is not great for a light sleeper, and the bathroom decor was a little tired.

Whilst we overall enjoyed the property and its facilities, we were disappointed that there was a degree of poor maintenance that would benefit from attention, such as non-functioning door furniture.

was pretty pricey for the room and service

The property and our room was nice but was missing some lights that were not working and no paper towel to wipe up our messes. For the price, i would say we probably could have done better, but we did enjoy a number of restaurants near Liverpool St.

We had a few problems that made our experience less than ideal. I picked it because of the washing machine. Half way through the cycle the machine kept tripping the power supply. It was Saturday night so couldn’t be fixed till Monday so I had to leave with a bunch of wet, half washed clothes. Location is great but is an old building so can hear the people above very clearly. Overall average, maybe a little below based on the cost.
