2 bedroom, 1 bath. Entire main level of the house, private entrance with huge backyard and 1 car parking. On suite laundry, high speed internet, close to everything. 5 mins to Victoria hospital, 7 min to downtown London, 5 mins to white oaks mall.

This is a duplex property with two units and you will be getting the whole upper level unit. The entrance is completely separate for both units .

the home is also equipped with high speed internet, Netflix, security camera and smart lock.

I live in the lower level/basement but home only once a month for 1 or 2 nights due to the nature of my job. so basically this entire home to yourself.
