This was a wonderful place to stay. It was close to the tube, close to Brick Lane, lots of dining options nearby, great buffet breakfast included, wonderful staff. The list goes on and on. I felt very safe here. The room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the city. We will stay here again.

The hotel was in an area with plenty to do, and places to eat. It was so close to a tube line. The foyer was very nice and rooms were spacious. The breakfast on offer was delicious, and great coffee! Air-conditioning was much appreciated in the rooms. We loved our stay and found it hard to leave. The pillows were the only thing that wasn't perfect, as they were a quite flat even when using two. But that was such a small thing, we'd definitely stay again if we ever make it back to London and would recommend it to others.

Great hotel, nice and clean, staff really friendly. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and yes it waa busy but you never waited long to sit down. Cleaning staff maybe a bit too good as they mistakenly threw away somethng we left in a bag on the floor and face cloths we brought with us were taken away when bathroom was cleaned

Lovley staff a credit to the Hilton
Fabulous hotel , 10mins walk from Elizabeth line or Aldgate tube. Modern cool lobby / bar area with wifi to relax . Rooms clean & very comfortable with toiletries. Breakfast was great so much choice, a little busy but no problem getting a good breakfast from fresh fruits , cereals , cold meats to a full english or fresh waffles. Aarna checked us in with a smile & made sure I had a decent veiw from my room as it was my birthday. We were impressed with all staff who were so helpful & pleasant. Thankyou

Excellent facilities
Our stay was great. The staff were friendly kind and efficient. The room was excellent, veey comfortable and the accessible facilities were excellent and really helped me feel more confident. The breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice. The location was superb, being a minute's walk from Aldgate East underground station. My Husband and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a good stay - Recommended.
After managing to get inside (the first main hotel I've ever seen around the world where arriving guests may have to buzz for entry to get past the firmly-closed 'automatic' front doors, unless you have a key card), check-in was fine, although I had to correct a couple of things about the room that was first offered. However, the hotel itself was very nice, and all the staff were also notably very friendly. The room was also a good size, and quite comfortable and clean. The TV remote was terrible - confusing to be able to adjust the volume - and the in-room safe lock just wouldn't work properly, but they were minor issues. Packed breakfast times were something of a free-for-all, but the food selection was fair, and the staff on hand were helpful and efficient. Waiting times for the small lifts/elevators were often a slight issue, but that can be common in a hotel like this. The area around the hotel is rough and run-down, but that's London for you. There's a Tube station very close by, so travel was very handy and easy; also a decent Tesco supermarket around the corner for stocking up on food or essentials. So, overall, we had a good stay, and it was good value for money. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and will look to see if it's available again for any future stays.

A great low budget hotel for central London
Modern hotel rooms with lovely large towels! Great to have a small fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room, plus breakfast included. The choice at breakfast was wide with something for everyone. I did overhear someone complain about the lack of egg choice, but remember this is a low budget hotel so lower your expectations! I loved the scrambled eggs!

Very clean and safe with lots of dining options within easy walking distance and metro close by. Room was clean with double bed. Note that The couch bed is hard surface of couch cushions not a mattress pull out. The room had space for two suitcases easily but anymore would be tight. The staff was excellent for any questions and very polite.

First stay
First time here, have stayed in the area, so i was aware of the great location to the underground and bus routes. Check in was smooth and simple, polite friendly staff. My roon was on the 3rd floor a nd away from lifts, exactly what i like. That being said the room itself was very compact, very limited space around the bed, the external window was fully frosted (assuming not a good view). The bathroom was compact also, and the water pressure (from the shower) not great. Despite the "not greats" i would come back and hopefully get a better room.

I took 35 minutes to get checked in because the two desk staff were both checking in one person, and then offered to take their baggage to the left, help them with directions to stuff in London and generally chat about their trip. There was a queue of about 10 people waiting and they could. not. care. less. When I finally got to the desk I was happily told I was upgraded on my room, which sounded great, except when I got to my room, it was in the basement, tiny and had a small window directly facing a wall, so had no light. If this was the *upgrade* I dread to think what the original room was like... Also got told I was given "complimentary" breakfast, which would have been fine, but I paid for breakfast when I booked the hotel and they wouldn't offer a refund on that... The condition of the hotel looks "OK" on face value - fairly clean (though my toilet was cracked and dirty), but all the fixtures and fittings were soulless. The rooms are in a labyrinth of corridors with signs pointing to staircases which were locked and inaccessible, so finding your way around was a bit of a nightmare. All in all, a very disappointing experience for a hotel with the Hilton brand name associated with it. I won't be staying again, and I wouldn't recommend it, either.
