Within a few minutes walking distance of the train where you can access a train into central London or a free train to Heathrow. We had a triple room with three single beds and it was perfect for three adults. The beds/ pillows were very comfortable, and although the room wasn’t huge, it was perfect for a couple of nights. The bathroom was spacious, and very clean. Although it doesn’t have coffee maker, they supply a kettle and instant coffee, which I prefer. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Very clean and nice hotel with pleasant decor and vibes. Room was spacious, bathroom was nice, big and clean. Having a fridge in a bedroom was a bonus. There is also a swimming pool at the hotel. You can see planes landing at the nearby airport. Rooms are soundproofed so no need to worry about the noise from outside.

This is the easiest hotel to use for airport to hotel ease. They are located right across the street from the free terminal to terminal train. And the same train can take you to London as well. It just could not have been more simple. Trying to ride the bus that goes to other hotels was so iffy, from weather, to overcrowded buses. So using the free train was simple and made it easy to come and go from any terminal. Just a perfect location.

Check in process was seamless and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Got to room and found the air conditioning unit was not working and rooms are designed with windows that cannot open so room was very hot. Called reception who got an engineer out he tried but couldn’t get it working and suggested calling reception to switch rooms. I had to leave for business at this point so would change when I got back later that night. Called again later and got changed to a different room where again the air conditioning unit was broken. Called reception and they sent two people up at midnight to try get it working they tried for around 20 minutes before giving up and organising me to go to a third room where finally the air conditioning was finally working. All staff throughout were very polite and helpful and gave me a free breakfast the next morning though I would have preferred they simply got me a room with working air con rather than trying for ages to fix it.
