Fantastic stay - Portobello Rd
We had a great stay here in this lovely house. Stayed with 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. The property is fantastic and is in a great location, literally only a few yards from Portobello Rd and everything it has to offer. Although so close to Portobello Rd ,once inside the house it is amazingly quiet and peaceful!Booking the property was easy and the hosts, City Relay, were very quick at responding to any queries we had.Overall our stay here was fantastic and I would highly recommend this house and the hosts.The house is well appointed and fully furnished and decorated (we've stayed in others in London which have been sparsely furnished). The beds are super comfortable and it has a well equipped kitchen. This made it a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.The only 'niggle' and it is small, is that the keys for the property are held at a shop pick up point. We had to collect the keys from a shop in the city, which although good for seeing about, was time consuming to reach after driving from Scotland. However, the key drop off was literally round the corner.Overall I highly rate this property and it's hosts and would recommend as a place to stay to see Notting Hill and London.We would have no hesitation in booking this property again for our next London stay!

Perfect location
The house is in the absolute perfect spot to enjoy easy walking to local shops, merchants, and the nearby tube station. Important notes to add: The King bedroom is on the ground floor with its own bathroom and kitchenette. No stairs required. The full kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The 2 single beds and the queen bedroom are on the third floor with the other bathroom. On a warm day third floor is insanely hot even in the evening. During our stay it was in the 70’s and 80’s so we moved the 3 mattresses from the third floor to the living room on the second floor. With open windows and a fan on we could sleep comfortably. After those adjustments, the property provided a wonderful base for our London vacation. The property management was super communicative and helpful. The key pick up/drop off location is conveniently located next to the Ladbroke Tube station.

Lovely Flat in Notting Hill Area
I had a nice stay at the apartment near Notting Hill in London. We booked the place about a few days before we left for London. I had to pick up the keys at a convenience store and provide a 6-digit code to get them. I didn’t have the 6-digit code so I had to call the City Relay customer service. I had no problem getting through to them and getting the 6-digit code. Once I gave the code, I was able to retrieve the keys and stay inside the flat. The flat was very nice and very comfortable for my family of 6. It had 3 floors, the lower floor had the master bedroom with a king size bed, and a washroom with toilet & shower. The 2nd floor was the kitchen and rest area. There was a stove and oven and a full refrigerator and dishwater. There was also a TV and couches on the 2nd floor. Everything worked great. The 3rd floor included two bedrooms, one bedroom had two single beds and the the other bedroom had a twin size bed. The 3rd floor also included a washroom with a shower and a bathtub. I was very pleased with my stay at this location and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
