I enjoyed my stay. I was there while attending a conference being held nearby. Being able to pop in and out of my room at any time was very convenient. Everyone was so nice and a good coffee from the shop next door started each day.

Disappointing
We were disappointed with our stay at this property. The pictures are good - they must have been taken some while ago. The room was tired - it could do with a lick of paint. The air con was broken - they did provide a fan but it was pretty useless. We ended up sleeping with the shared terrace door open. The door to the shared terrace did not lock - we told the team and they couldn’t do anything about it as maintenance were not on site. We had to put anything remotely valuable in the safe. The fridge had someone’s milk in it which had very clearly gone off. We bought some milk and soon discovered that the fridge was as warm as the room. Again, we informed the team and their answer was to store it in the fridge downstairs (we were on the top floor) and go and get it when we wanted a cup of tea. We didn’t drink any tea for the rest of our stay - we were on the top floor. The location was good - a nice park to stretch your legs in was nearby. It should have been a nice relaxing stay but it fell short of this. We didn’t want it to ruin the weekend so we just put up with it. Not a cheap stay. We will not be returning

We stayed for two weeks at Numa London, the hotel is located in the heart of London and is just two blocks from metro station. You can easily walk to most of the attractions. The hotel is very well decorated and staff are amazing. We had a great time there.

Great stay, very clean, good size for the standard room. Excellent Japanease restaurant inside the hotel, great bakery next door. Much better that other hotels in price range. No reception, no daily room cleaning. Overall a very pleasant stay
