Not the best quality rooms. But good for a one night stay as we did. There are restaurants within walking distance. Don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Our room didn’t have a toilet which we didn’t know. The toilet was in the basement and we were on the third floor so that was super annoying. No proper shower, just a tub with a shower hose so you go the entire bathroom soaked every time you took a shower. There was a sink in the room but it was disconnected from water. The room was TINY and with our suitcases it was claustrophobic in there. The good things about this hotel is that they watched our luggage for free since we arrived early before check in which allowed us to go explore the city luggage free. There’s a Sainsbury just a block away and the Victoria tube station is less than a half mile away.
The property was ok. The carpet is stained and worn in places (in some parts down to the thread). The shared bathroom is in a small coved room. There is a bath (that leaks) and a shower head (but no wall attachment so you would have to hold it up above your head, if you can)
The room itself was ok. Comfy bed. Tv screen was crcked in 2 places...not that i was planning on watching tv but it would ja e been nice if it worked
The apartment is so cold, and the radiator don´t work.
we were getting 2 electrical radiator, which was not helping because the apartment were to big, for such a small radiators.
The Apatment were not ready when we arrived 16.45 and when we returned as agreed 45minutes later, they were still cleaning.
the bed linen, was missing for the last bed, and when they returned they came with 2 sheets, no linen, so it´s was better than nothing.
the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working, and the one which where placed instead were the freezer box not working.
This must be the worst hotel in London. Rooms, if I can call them so, are small and dirty, staff was literally asleep at the job and had to bang on the desk to wake him up. I got it through Expedia, but next time I will avoid it and proceed to book flight and accommodation separately using other services.
I stayed in the no AC no Window room tbh its good for solo travelers if u just need the room for sleep and to keep your belongings. The bed is very comfortable the room wasn’t 100% clean it had some dust. The tv and boiler is a nice touch good for morning quick coffee. Overall the room is compatible with its price.
Needed a place to crash with a friend. There are many hotels like this in the area. Close to Victoria train station. Adequate for the needs. It was summer and the room was stifling hot. The fan on the wall was so loud so sleep was not the best.
The hotel was inexpensive. However, you get what you pay for. The mattress was poor, the room was small. The pillow was thin. The location was great. Friendly staff.
It does what it says on the tin. Basement box room no windows, ideal for me as a loan traveller going to a gig. 5 minute walk from Victoria stations. Not sure I’d try showering in the shared bathroom as it’s a low arched ceiling and the shower head isn’t connected to anything. Friendly check in. A pub and takeaways and restaurant on your doorstep. Will definitely stay again.
Cheap and convenient place to stay but its very cramped, very old worn out furniture and the level of cleanliness wasnt the greatest. I stayed only 1 night but probably wouldnt stay for longer then 2. For the money in the location its decent enough for a short stay.

Liked: Staff & service
Convenient location, average cleanliness, but there is no window to the outside, only to the hallway which is weird, so I had to keep it open for the majority of the time to the hallway which left me feeling vulnerable and also having to hear noisy neighbors
I regret even selecting this place, it was closer to my appointment so i booked it. Though a slightly further away was Travelodge at little more money, picked this place to help an independent business and for its proximity to where i needed to go. Checked in by a woman with no customer service skills, given key to my prison cell for the night. With workmen outside my door drilling away and after 4h journey i wanted a little nap but no chance. The room was very very small and dusty with damp sheets, black mold on walls, no where to hang my coat or clothes. I dont think this room should be offered to guests at all, its more like a cupboard store room then a bedroom.
