A beautiful hotel in the center of London
What a first class hotel in the heart of London. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our accommodation was a spacious apartment with full kitchen and dining room! We will happily stay here again. Easy access to Paddington Station, near to Hyde Park, an easy walk to Oxford Street for shopping. Coffee and tea in the room.

Very nice apartment, and friendly staff, though some of the plumbing fixtures do require some attention. (a loose drain plug and slightly blocked sink). Only other negative was the lack of any coffee brewing device, a plunger / press would be great. We would certainly book again!

I thought the property was excellent! Nicely designed, spacious, clean. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom made us feel very at home. This was a very modern apartment, surprising since i have stayed in so many in London before:) Great service too as i had issues with the door lock etc WIll definitely come back

Great apartment
Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a good central location. Staff very welcoming. Kitchen was perhaps a little under stocked in terms of crockery and utensils, but only a minor gripe and I wasn’t doing much cooking anyway! All in all very decent value and a lovely stay.
