The checkin process was quick, and the room was nice. Clean, spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities- fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Breakfast was pretty comprehensive, lots of hot, fresh options (not just pastries and cereal). Fitness centre is not much of a centre. It’s a small room with one treadmill, one elliptical, and a small cable pulley machine. But it has a tv, and it was kept very cool. Not sure how convenient it is for other things in the area but it was very close to a conference I attended, so it was all around a great choice!

Prefer vending options for drinks and snacks with a better variety rather than purchasing from the checkin counter.Cleaning of room specifically the bathroom could have been better. Staff was acceptable not really all that welcoming, have had better interactions with motel staff at places half the cost.

Got charged an extra 10.00 due to the fact I needed a ground floor room. There is no elevator my wife could not do stairs due to a broken leg. Front desk claimed due to the outside drive up door it was considered an upgrade…are you kidding me!!! I hate being nickled and dimed

My stay here in St. Thomas was great. Fast, efficient, friendly checkin. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Shower was superb. Plenty of towels. Lots of pillows to choose from for your perfect perfect pillow. The place was quiet!! It was nearly booked solid and we were on the first floor near the ice machine, lobby and breakfast area....I was impressed by the quietness. The complimentary breakfast had an amazing assortment of hot and cold selections, which staff was very efficient in keeping things fulyy stocked and fresh. Even the coffee was delightful. Was not a huge fan of the blueberry flavored waffle mix but so be it. We stayed 2 nights, its a great location as the downtown area is a few minutes away with so many shops and food options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and loved St. Thomas as well.

The Comfort Inn in St Thomas is a decent property and the area was relatively quiet. It is in a convenient location and if you drive along Talbot Street you have restaurants and grocery stores and a variety of shops you can visit right very nearby. The property and room were clean and the beds were comfortable. I found the carpeting in the room to be a bit dated and because we had no option but to take a pet friendly room I was disappointed there was carpet at all because as a dog owner, I know that animals can have accidents I think it would be more sanitary to have a hard floor surface. The breakfast was unfortunately disappointing because the eggs were slightly undercooked and were cold and the potato wedges were also undercooked and cold. However I am grateful that they have a free breakfast. Coffee was decent and strong. Overall our stay was fine.
